You better make sure and count your money at this place. There has been more than once I have had to straighten out their payments. The staff at times is careless and does not have the attention it should being it is a medical based operation. This of course exclues: Matthew (Senior Lab), and Robbie. These two really concentrate on the task at hand and are always professional.

You have to wait to damn long and unless you are a friend of theirs ur gunna get treated different i was told my iron was low come back saturday well a friend of theres had the same damn problem they told her to get some food with iron and take an iron pill then come back in a little bit. They need better workers who treat every one the same!!!!!

Checking is horrible! The staff is more involved with what their going to get somewhere then getting customers ready for donation. What ever their pay is might just be to much and fire them all! Poor customer service!

I have watched someone use the same gloves to finger stick 6 people so far. He also kept the gloves on while he looked through charts, opened doors and came back to do more finger sticks!!!
