I signed a contract for a buy order on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Falls Motor City Jeep on August 6th. My sales rep was Dave McGraw. Due to waiting for the finalization of my Lemon Law case on my current 2015 Jeep Cherokee, I could not take ownership of the Jeep right away. So in order for the Jeep to be taken out off dealer inventory, Dave said I needed to provide a deposit and provided a credit card for the deposit. As the month went by, I kept the sales rep updated of the status. I received word on 9/1 that I could now turn the Jeep in and receive my Lemon Law buyback check. Since I thought I had a vehicle ready to pick up I picked 9/2 to turn in the Jeep. I then emailed the sales rep Dave on 9/2 to inform him I was turning in my Jeep locally and I would be up on Saturday to pick up my Jeep. I did not hear back from Dave. I kind of had a funny feeling there was something going on. So I emailed him again early on 9/3. Got more concerned when I didn’t hear back until later that day. He finally replied that there should be no issues with my picking up the Jeep on Saturday morning 9/5. Okay, good I thought…Then on late Friday afternoon, I received an email from Dave that there was an issue with getting my Jeep. I then called and spoke to him. He tells me they don’t have my jeep any longer. He apologized and said they sold my jeep to another dear. I asked how he could do that since I had signed a contract. He said sorry it was a mistake. I asked what I was going to receive and he said there is nothing they can do. I just have to pick another jeep off the lot. Well there were no others on their lot that I really wanted. This was not a solution to THEIR mistake. I then asked to speak to his Mgr. He was giving me the run around and said no one was available. He then said he will have someone get back to me. Here it is late Friday, I am without a vehicle and expecting to pick up mine on Saturday. I didn’t know what to do. They put me in a terrible spot. About a half hour later, I received a call from Dave who says he spoke with the Mgr and they will try to get a new Jeep for me from another dear. He said there were some within 100 miles of their dealer which he could try to get. Given there have been so many issues with the Cherokees, I wasn’t sure I wanted to get a Jeep with all the miles put on it from another dealer but my options were limited. Dave said the earliest he could get the jeep would be early the next week. I said okay see what you can do and let me know. As of this point, 5 days later, I still have not received a call back nor an email from Dave. What terrible low class service.. I now have had to resort to starting over the process of looking for a new vehicle from different dealers. I don’t know why Dave didn’t come out right away and tell me, hey we are sorry. I made a mistake and we will make it right, but no such thing. Given how bad Jeep/Chrysler has been from the start, going thru 11 service visits and being treated rudely by different dealers, I was probably stupid for even considering a Jeep again after have so many issues and getting a Lemon. Just type in Jeep Cherokee Lemon Law and see how many there are. But I still was willing to give it another chance, as I couldn’t find anything in the same price range that made me want to buy. I have learned and will never buy another Chrysler/Fiat/Jeep product and would never recommend anyone to buy from Falls Jeep.
Drove over an hour to this dealership to look at a 2500 Cummins they had on their website. Upon arriving I was told the vehicle was at location up the street and they they would have to go get the vehicle. Sat and wait for nearly 30 min while they went and got the vehicle. The salesman than goes on about how they are different and honest and upfront about their prices. He then said hey we should go for a test drive and so we can take our new car home today. I told him I was not going to be buying today that I was just looking and would be buying in a few days. He was quick to tell me that there was no way that truck was going to still be there by tomorrow (even know I know from a VIN search that it has been there a few months now). He asked about my trade in which is a 10 year old F-250 Powerstroke... he said they did not want my truck, but they could give me a number of a wholesaler who might buy it. I have NEVER had that happen before. We were about to start the test drive when he told us that we had to use THEIR financing to get the discounts. I said I was paying cash and he insisted that I WOULD finance. I said I was no longer interested and that it was complete bait and switch BS (nowhere on their website does it say anything about this policy.... and just minutes earlier I was given the honesty, integrity speech). Left this dealer and went to a different place where they found me the exact truck I wanted and gave me a fair price for my current truck. Ended up being such a good price I did agree to buy. Avoid Falls Motor City, they are nothing but a scam and a complete waste of time. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Bought a 2012 journey december 3 2016 had a few issues that they fixed because their guy didnt put the bolts back on the caliper when fixing the brakes. Thought that would fix the thumping sound i heard. It seemed to for a little bit but when to get an oil change and new tires yes 3 months later and they tell me my sway bar links are broken! I called falls city motor and spoke with a service manager he basically told me that could of happened in 3 months but my mechanic told me the way they look there is no way they did their full inspection and the car should not of been on the lot without it being fixed. The manager continued to basically say its not on them and then hung up on me. NEVER will i ever purchase another vehicle from these people. They also me i had a bumper to bumper warranty. Stated from the manager today and when i call dodge they state no that warranty expired in july of 2015. I bought the vehicle december 2016. 3 hour drive for another shady dealer.
Outstanding experience, highly recommend Andy Howard. We were looking to purchase a Pacifica having owned Toyota for several years prior, so some initially tepid approach. Researched several dealer websites and learned that Falls Motor City had competitive prices posted online combined with a substantial immediate inventory. The contact name on the website was Andy Howard. Called Andy and he was very helpful regarding the vehicle, but more importantly, completely up front and honest regarding pricing. We drove over 4 hours one way to visit Andy and Falls Motor City. After about 2 hours at we departed the dealership with the intended Pacifica for the exact price as discussed. What an outstanding experience - courteous, honest and efficient. Thank you Andy Howard and Falls Motor City!
Overpriced, incompetent, non-existing customer service. Their philosphy is dont fix it, get a new car. I had a blinker light that was out, they were considering to having the whole thing replaced for $300.00. My wheels needed balancing, they told me the struts are bad so I need a new car. I went to Goodyear, they balanced my tires and fix the blinker for $26.00. Goodyear told me the car is fine that we should get tires and a realignment in the fall. The dealership struck fear into me that the car is unsafe, when the car is fine. In short if you are looking for someone to service your car, dont go here.
After months of looking, Kevin Davis at Falls Motor City finally helped us get our new car. We had multiple bad experiences at other dealers with unknowledgeable salespeople and scammy internet pricing. Kevin was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, easy going and fun to deal with. He also got us a straight answer over the phone on pricing with no run around. They also had, by far, the best prices we could find. Not only that but a great selection with great options in each. I would highly recommend Falls Motor City and working with Kevin Davis!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! We bought a Town and Country. We had it LESS than 3 months, and it turned out to be a LEMON. They will not stand behind their cars. (They will take your money!) The owner will not call us. We were told that the car has many issues, they do not know how to fix them and that we cannot bring it back...even though it is under warranty. Please message me if you want ANY details. STAY AWAY!!!!!! AND...this was a BRAND NEW car...is it normal to replace the new muffler twice in less than three years? I do not think so...
I bought a Durango from this dealership and had a really good experience with them since. I dealt with two salesman, Dan Olson and Dave Custer. They were very helpful and professional about the whole experience. In past experiences of mine at other dealerships, the sales staff would fight over a customer but it was not the case with these guys. They made sure whoever was available to help me did so right away. They have even been very helpful post sale. I recommend this dealership and Dave and Dan, it was a great experience overall.
Service experience is very poor, slow and incompetent!!! Would tell potential buys to test the service first. Bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had it serviced multiple times for transmission and engine noise. Less than 3K milage. Service can identify the noise in my engine and wrote it odd as no trouble found. They said they can duplicate the noise in another jeep but when I asked for them to show me they refused and indicated they do not have time. I will drive the extra miles to Klaban on Tuesday and get it fixed
Great people!!! Awesome service!!! I found online a used 2013 Ford Explorer in their inventory. Nice color good milage and good price. After speaking few times on the phone with David Custer one of the sales guys there I decided to fly from Chicago to see the car. By the time I got there they found me a loan also with way better interest that I had before for the previous car financed. Got there signed the paper work (super fast) and picked up the car. Highly Highly recommended!!!
Had a great experience! I had been talking about wanting a new truck...finally reached the point to where I wanted to crunch numbers and see if it was realistic. Within the same day I drove away in a truck with a $46,000 sticker for an incredible payment. Chris and Lou took great care of me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, or Jeep.
Summary: 5 Stars for courteous staff, meeting their advertised price, accomodating me at night, and ultimately offering what I consider to be fair trade-in values for my vehicles. I would recommend anyone give Falls City an opportunity to earn your money, particularly if you live in the state of Ohio. Special thanks to Mr. Howard for his professionalism during the entire process.
Falls city has the lowest prices and the most honest salesman around. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. They were up front on all the fees and loan information. I searched a 1000 mile radius and they had the best price. After getting the run around from another dealer I left here very satisfied. Look up Dave McGraw. He is very patient and honest

From the salelsman to the gentleman who worked on the financing, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.
