I do not agree with some of their medical practices. As a person in the medical field I would never go from one patient to another without at least changing my gloves and to see the staff there do it is so unbelievable. I could not believe what I seen when I was there. I watched every one of the phlebotomist go from one person to another without changing gloves. The one that started me did 5 people before coming to start mine. I have been the medical field for almost 20 years and have always been taught to wash and change my gloves.

There are really good employees and then there are really really bad employees. Getting your arm stuck by a needle is nerve racking enough but when you have to worry about them sticking you wrong every other time it’s even worse. I just wish they would comp you or something when they make your arm bruised for a month or cause you to spray blood all over your clothes. I wish there was a different one in town.

Payout is significantly lower than other CLS locations as well as competition. Staff is good. Resticks are very common. Takes nearly 4 hours to donate regardless of time or businesses. I got an average of $75 a week at other locations. $45 a week just seems cheap when they process nearly $5000 worth of medicine per donation.

Not professional at all . People dancing singing laughing talking puking and passing out cold on donation floor. Not very clean . Overflowing trash cans, Lacey and Jasmine are the best at sticking you. And all others will hate give attitude or completely ignore you if you make a request for someone other than them.

The average donation time is like a hour .You will get 50 dollars for the 5 donations. After that you may donate twice a week. First donation is 15 and second donation is 25 .But you are not really doing anything that hard . and you are helping save lives. The staff is knoligable and friendly.

I LOVE CSL Plasma! I have been going there pretty much since they opened and I have always been treated professionally. The staff is nice, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I am recommending that everyone donate plasma because who knows? YOU can help save a life thru plasma donation.
