Went for a windsheild, accidentally bought a car! :) My wife and I dropped one of our vehicles off at Safelite across the street for a new windsheild and wanted to poke around a couple dealerships while we waited. Our first (and what turned out to be our only) stop was Whaling City Ford/Mazda. The Salesman we dealt with was extremely professional, applying no pressure to buy. We were able to look at and test drive a couple cars, with the Salesman full knowing that we didnt plan to buy that day, and that they were our first stop of many dealers. Out of curiousity, we asked them to value our trade in. We were blown away with their offer, and proceeded to look more closely for anything of interest on the lot on the lot (low mileage, AWD, good fuel ecomony, etc). After talking numbers with Nathan, the General Manager (great guy, straight shooter), we ended up in a off-lease, extremely low mileage 2015 cx-5. What a fantastic vehicle it is. We will certianly be back again in the future! Edit! Like i said 3 months ago when i wrote the review above, we would be back! I was searching for a crew cab pickup and went in to see if they had anything on the lot. Again, Whaling City took great care of me! I actually ended up in a 2007 Toyota Tundra. They took it in on trade and did a fantastic job cleaning it up. What a gem the truck is, low mileage, well taken care of, etc. When we are in need of yet another vehicle, we will be back! I want to thank and commend Nathan for running such a great dealership, and thank both salesman Ray and Angel for helping us with both vehicles.

Coming from experiencing previous dealerships, you guys are a cut above the rest. The owners are present, not somewhere else. Very refreshing to see the Business manager is in the showroom along with the dealer working hard to get the deal going. You guys made the car buying process feel like a breeze. Well defined, very helpful, organized I knew I was in the right place from the get go and that I belonged here, you wanted my business, and it showed. Once the price was set and we had a defined understanding of which car, the staff went to work efficiently getting everything changed over for the sale. This went quick, with Zero issues to mention thanks to Dan and his team. Dealing with Aaron on the financial end, was precise and to the point, with nothing left up in the air. untrustworthy at its core. i went in on october 16 2015 to test the waters of this dealership. asked them to do a simple rotate and balance, flush the engine coolant and refill. after the week before opening my radiator and seeing Little bits of scum floating in red engine coolant decided it was time, to go and get it flush professionally, so i took it there turns out some how its $186.00 to get this done not happy i agree to it leave my car there for what i thought was going to be an over night stay. about 5 hrs later they call me up and tell me hey your cars ready for pick up so i come back over the bridge and pick it up then take it back to base. let it cool down for 6+ hrs then pop the top off the radiator. what do i see not the "Green" engine coolant they supposedly put in my engine but the same red stuff with crap floating in it. needless to say tomorrow im going back and demanding a full refund for the entire service.

I went on line and looked at several cars before I found the one I liked the best, the Ford Escape S. I filled out the questionnaire and I receive an email from Zachary Fournier to come in an do a test drive. When I arrived Zachary introduced me to Raymond Morabito and we went into the showroom and sat at his desk and talked over a few things then he took me for a test drive. The car handled nicely and I liked it. Back in the showroom Raymond gave me some figures and I took them home and though things over for a day. I then called Raymond and told him I was ready to do business. Raymond went over everything I needed to know and answered all my questions and also kept tabs on my car being made ready to drive home. Then I was introduced to Gregory LeBeau the Business Manager and he went over all the paper work and also answered all my questions. In all it was a very pleasant experience.

Whaling City Ford service is quick, reliable and courteous. We have had our small fleet of Ford passenger vehicles serviced at Whaling City over the past ten years and have always found the service performed correctly the first time and the pricing reasonable and as predicted at the time of drop off. The professional staff fully explains the work performed as well as the predicted remaining life of major wear components such as tires, brakes and fluids and recommended next service intervals. I bought a car from whaling city in 2012 and because the experience was so great then, I knew I would only go to them for future purchases. Today I bought my second car from them and the overall experience was even better than the last time. All of the car dealers are down to earth and friendly. They really do treat you like family there. They are low pressure and seem to truly care about you as a customer getting what you want at a price you can afford. They are very up front about costs and also willing to offer different options that are cheaper. I know that I am a life long customer of this dealership. I will not buy from anyone else.

Went in to test drive a car, the car had to be jumped before it would even start. Dealers tried to convince me that a used car in a color I did not want was better than the new car that I DID want. The numbers that I was given changed, my loan went from 60 months to 72 months without anyone telling me, no one returned my phone calls, I was put on hold forever, and had to wait almost an hour to get my deposit check back. I am grateful I walked away from this one... Just be careful.

I enjoyed my experience of buying a new car from Whaling City Ford. This is my third car I have purchased from them. The salesman that assisted me was polite, answered all my questions , took his time and was a joy to work with, his name was Clifford Gay.
