I love donating plasma, and some of the staff are friendly and make the experience positive. I am updating my review since there has been new management changes. This review is of 6/23/2014. I am so mad at how donor fees for the bonuses are now taken away. Each month it is something new. Something else money wise is being taken away and management does not post or let anyone know until last minute. I pay bills with my donating money. last month they took away the 6th donation bonus. This month I had to find out the day of that there is no more 7th bonus. You only get $15 on the 8th donation now. My boyfriend donates at biotest the new donor fees are 60.00 the first 4 times at DCI it is 50.00. Referral is 20.00 at DCI it is 15.00. The bonuses at biotest start on the 5th DCI now is only the 8th. I am a faithful donor. I usually make 8 donations a month and this is all I get? WOW

How do they allow drug addicts and someone who sitting in thier waiting room drinking beer donate. Yet people who are real deal trying to donate and are honest cant. So if your on drugs or a drunk go ahead go they will hook ya right up. Oh and btw the plasma dont get used on people its used to conduct research instead of saving lives. Biotest is way better and more professional then dci and pays more.

Humorously unprofessional! I was greeted by a woman with the word "yeah." Then stood at the next desk waiting to be noticed, while another woman talked about cake to someone in the back. Finally someone came out to talk to me, but by this time a had deemed these people unworthy to walk my dog let alone be hygienic, safe, or trustworthy. Disgusted!!

Guess if your looking To make some chump change This is The Place...With The Most unprofessional, rude, and ignorant Staff Members Who Should not be anywhere near Needles let alone in charge of HEALTH HAZARDS! DOBATE SOME PLACE ELSE ASIDE FROM THE CHEAP PAYOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Called day prior to donation spoke with Demetrius, who informed that facility took donors that lived with in 60 miles of Gainesville. Show up next day door to door 43.3 miles, then rejected for not being in radius. Wasted 47 miles & 2 hours drive time.

Used to always doubt about donating always had a stigma in my head about it. But finally did it and it was great. They were helpful during the whole process .. I would suggest this place over all the other plasma centers in Gainesville

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm....why did we get here at 6:48 pm on Friday April 21, 2017 and the door is locked? Donors drive up to 30 miles to donate at this center.
