I called two days prior to going to Biomat, explained that I have never donated plasma and would like to make an appointment. The gentlemen on the phone told me I could not make an appointment and to just expect a longer first visit. After a 40 minute bike ride I was turned away and told I have to make an appointment prior to coming and I must have confused the man I spoke with on the phone about being a returning customer. So I am more then a little annoyed after wasting my morning due to someone not taking the time to make sure they are giving out the right information.

I get so frustrated when it takes 45 minutes to get taken to the first room where they take your blood sample, temperature, etc. Also, Biomat needs to make the finished donors priority. When we are done, get us out of there. I have sat for 15 minutes before someone has unhooked me. Sorry, but Biolife has efficiency WAY over Biomat. They get you right in, and then right out. Too bad they are clear in Layton or I would have stayed with them.

They have drastically improved the wait time with the new system they have started. I am usually in and in the back no more then 20 minutes. The staff for the majority are extremely nice and the ones sticking you are generally pretty good. Besides dealing with proof of my address, this place has been a good experience

Ogdenites a plenty, but besides that friendly staff, wifi and movies. My only complaint was the wait time but considering how many people and the people themselves that frequent the area it could be a lot worse. Keep on keeping on.

The employees are nice. They got my vein in one stab, the process is always smooth, and they always give information on the procedure the first time. The only problem is the pay part.
