Of all the Goodwills in South Florida, this my friends is THE WORST one I have ever visited. With the exception of some of the cashiers, the staff are rude and robotic. They never smile or try to help you, they just carry on with their business, often chattering with eacthother. I can handle that. But what I cannot handle are their RIDICULOUS prices compared to any other Goodwill. The long sleeve dress shirts for men are as high as $15 for used AND donated clothes. I saw the other day, they wanted $10 used Dockers polo... what a joke. You go to any other GW and the prices are very reasonable for clothes, with the standard $4.50 for most polos and $5.00 for long sleeve shirts Save yourself the time and SKIP this goodwill, you will only be disappointed.

People roaming inside thinking they can resell used clothes on a flooded ebay and etsy market ..lol..too little too late..should have received a college education so they could get a better job..lol..most of these stores have been cherry picked before the merchandise hits the racks or bins..

TERRIBLE customer service. The cashiers are Down right rude and make it known that talking to you is a burden. The merchandise is WAY too overpriced as well. I highly recommend Salvation Army instead.

getting in and out of the shopping center is somewhat of a pain but what else is new in Miami the store is 98% clothing with a small housewares and book sections nothing very exciting
