When I first began donating my experience was always very pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and paid great detail to my well-being and health. My total time at the facility was about 1-2 hours and I felt the compensation was fair. Recently they made three changes back to back. They closed on the weekends, they stopped drug testing, and started taking male donors. Unfortunately they did not hire additional staff before making these changes and now it takes over an hour just to be screened. They have no plans of hiring new people until 2017. Now the total time is between 3-4 hours and the general atmosphere with donors and staff is frustration. Due to these changes donating is no longer realistic to anyone with a family to go home and care for in the evenings or a job to start early the next day. I feel they could have avoided this by either being open for weekends, continuing to drug test, or hired more staff. Hopefully they remedy this soon because otherwise, the staff is amazing and donating is a very relaxed and even fun experience.

This place is the slowest of all went there Tuesday at 11:30 and didnt get out of there until after 4 and they like to skip you and some of the staff are so nasty even if you have respect for them. I will never go back here again so if you go make sure you have allday cause you going to wait soooo long

Ive sitting back here sence 11:01 at the machine no chart no nothing and its 43 min later where i already should of been done very pissed this is ridiculous. How slow this place. Very unhappy im bout never do this again not worth the aggravations now 45 min in chair and counting not even started smfh

Good place to donate. They are very informative and quick . Wish I would have known about them before driving a year in the life out to Mayport where the attendees there were more interested in flirting with my husband then providing stellar service such as this place. Also closer to where I live.

Well, I was impressed. I used to go to the one at JAX beaches. Here, the line was shorter and the process was better organized. The office was cleaner and it was an all around good experience.
