Be careful with who you let stick you in the arm, have had trouble with 2 staff members injuring me by not inserting needle correctly and not removing and re inserting new needle after requesting due to pain. Aside from this, the rest of staff is friendly and very much able to provide proper service

I never donated plasma before and this place and their staff are wonderful. As a new giver it takes a bit of time depending on the day and time you go in. After that you make your appointments and its simple and takes maybe an hour. Getting your money is quick! Great experience for me.

The employees are rude specially the personale at the lobby. They seem to feel inferior to the donors. They do not look at people in the eye. They look away when a donor has a question. They are not professional.
