I love donating at Biotest! I have never had an employee be rude to me or anything like that. And I have never witnessed any employee openly flirting with donors or other employees. There is a casualness here that I am thankful for. It makes the experience of donating much more comfortable. I donate between 8-10 times per month and a lot of the employees know me by name. And I appreciate that! It makes me feel like more than just a donor, I feel like a friend. Perhaps others should donate at a different time of day if they feel differently that I. I have recommended all of my friends and family to become donors at Biotest. Donating is easy and once you have your very first appointment (which can last up to 4 hours), every visit after that only lasts me around an hour. Thank you, Biotest for helping me supplement my income and knowing that the plasma I donate helps those who are sick or suffer from illnesses that donor plasma is needed in the making of their treatments!

We had donated a few times. Out of 6 workers on the floor, one seemed to be competent and knew what he was doing. The other seemed more interested in flirting and giggling with their coworkers. The place was clean, but most of machines seemed old and the kiosks barely work. During last donation, the worker left a blood clot in needle and ignored beeping machine. I had horrendous bruise that last two weeks. They need more experienced employees. To get hired there, you need no medical training.

My experience with the Conway Biotest has been wonderful. Every Employee whatever job their assigned too has been friendly or helpful The process has been easy and if a problem comes the staff handles it. The facility and bathrooms are very clean.. I appreciate being able to donate in a facility like Conway Bio test..

Still waiting to donate due to cardiology clearance. They do not return phone calls, even after you have called repeatedly on different days or more than once in a day and they always say they will call by end of business and NEVER DO.
