I have had both positive and negative experiences here. As my first Plasma donation center i can not compare to others but they do need to get some updated intake equipment. The self-serve check-in kiosks as extremely slow and the thermometers, scales, and blood pressure equipment as very inaccurate. Some days I am 25 lbs heavier or lighter depending on the scale i step on, I have had them tell me that my temperature was 94.1 degrees then the next day at the same check in booth it swings to 101.5, but minutes before I checked my own temperature in my vehicle before walking in and was at a normal 98.6. This seems to happen more as the month nears end when you can make more, may be a coincidence but it just seems kind of fishy... The staff is extremely nice and caring except for a few ass hats. The manager of the facility would be in the ass hat category. Over all they rarely have to fish around for your vein and the process is as quick as can be with as little pain as possible.

It was my first time there and I had no issues as far as what was needed to be a first time donor. Staff was friendly and the wait was only 2 hrs in total despite it being my first time. The facility in murray is very clean and the donation itself only took 36 minutes which is very fast. They do not pay as much as Biomat but the short wait time makes up for the less pay. If you are skinny (under 150pounds) then the payout is not that much money compared to other companies. It is only $40 total per week if you donate 2 times. Make sure you eat before you go there and drink lots of water as well. Otherwise you will feel dizzy and sick afterwards!! They do not hydrate you after the donation is done (grifols does hydrate you via the IV if you weigh under 150). I think this is why I felt very dizzy when I got home. Other than that no issues.

This place is the most horrible place i have ever donated at i dont think i have enough room on this review to say what i need to say but a couple main things are the people who stick you are unexperinced the only ones who do know are the managers the computer systems are just as bad they can never read my finger prints no matter what finger i use they will screw you out of your donation money if they mess up and you are not able to complete your donation even though it is their fault not your so i would suggest going to a biomat those people do care about you and how they take care of you and if i could post picture of how bad they are i would have pages of bad sticks

The payments for this place is $20 1st time then $45 the second every week. I get they want people to come back a second time in the week, but if your last day you can make it falls on a sunday and you dont pass you go right back to the $20 your next draw because its the start of a new week. My hubs heart rate was high so he had to wait 10 min then passed but they didnt save his previous vitals so he was deferred. He also lost out on his second draw for the week.

Switched to here from another donation center downtown because it was closer to my job. The staff are very friendly and the touch screen questions make the screening much faster. The new donor pay is quite generous and they seem to always have bonuses and ways to earn more monthly. I love donating plasma and this is a great place to go. After the initial visit I am typically in and out in about an hour. Be sure to check out Octapharma!

Have been donating for over a year. I was initially hesitant to donate because... well preconceived of what the clientele would be. I was wrong. My experience for the most part has been normal everyday people. The staff has been very professional. The facility is very clean. Expect at least an hour every visit.

Friendly staff. Only complaint is they never change their gloves. They go from unhooking one patients blood to cleaning the bed on to sticking the next client with no regards to cross contamination between donors. Pretty scary in this day and age with the easy transmittal of disease in blood between patients.

Ive been sitting bere for 20 minutes in the donation chair waiting to be hooked up.. i got here before the attractive girl next to me. However the creepy tall African American guy pulled her paper first so he could hit on her. This is rediculous.

Anyone who donate plasma knows what to expect when donating this is a great spot clinic a little dirty at times but the equipment is always brand new so they are clean where it counts for starts for three starts for pay and five for employee

The first time took a few hours to go through all the paperwork and learning how everything worked. The next visit was only an hour and a half from walking in to walking out. Really simple and fast. Love it here!

I was trying to donate this week end and they were understaffed. I waited for over 30 minutes to get hooked up and finally left . They get one more chance then I will go somewhere else.
