Superior in every regard, far better than any other donation clinic in the area. Staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean and hospitable, the pay rates are above average (though they vary from month to month, so pay attention) and the fact that they are appointment-only makes the process a breeze. it only takes about an hour 1/2 for the entire procedure, compared to the 5-7 hours ive spent at other clinics, sometimes only to get deferred and turned down for the day. Highly recommended.

They rules but do not post them. You are suppose to sit in different areas depending on your status but there are no signs posted. And do not bring your spouse and a baby becuse no one under the age of 18 is allowed in the building. Another rule that is not posted. Anytime you do not follow a rule the staff are rude is it a race thing or just a power thing. And they never ever said how much you receive. The staff also treat you like a product and not a person.

This place is alright not dirty the wait is alittle longer then expected but hey your getting paid for a donating which isnt really donating then but its whatever I like it

Great group of ppl that staff. Although they need to set HYGIENE standards for ppl that come in there stinking....tht makes it hard for the donation process.
