They take way too long to get in and out now they made a lot of changes and one time I signed in at 8:30 a.m. I did not get called to get screened until 10:30 a.m. and then when I got to the back it took them an hour just to stick me they should do a pay increase because it takes longer I did not get home until 1:30 in the afternoon so I spent my whole morning at the plasma center for 50.00 that day but imagine if it was a 20.00 day too crazy for that I can go to work and make 41.25 for the time I spent here

After over 25 years as a plasma donor I can honestly say this is the worst center I have ever been to. The majority of the staff are so unprofessional Walmart would not hire them. This facility is constantly under staffed. The atmosphere on the donor floor is reminiscent of a day care facility. The integrity of the majority of the staff makes even the most corrupt politician look honest. Anyone looking into making plasma donations would be well advised not to go to Plasmacare for any reason.

Definitely a better center than it was 2 years ago. Center is clean, the staff is professional and personable. The only complaint that I have is they are still on a paper system instead of digital and the time it takes to donate. Better allot 3-4 hrs from the time you hit the door till the time you leave.

It takes a Lil to get back there sometimes but other than that the staff are nice . I really like it the staff talk to you and share their life with you. It is really clean and would recommend anyone here.
