I have been going here for close to two years now and I love the staff at octapharma plasma. Dorthy and Ben usually always agree to stick me by request because I just always feel comfortable with them. And they always seem to be sticking more than most. And they are always quick about it. And Darla always makes it a welcoming place I look forward to donating to come talk to all the crew at octapharma plasma. Thank you to all that bust there ass in there.

This is a business that pays clients. As in any business, costs are a factor in payroll. As in any business that is a walk in business there are some ways to forecast expected business, but you cannot always foresee the future and some schedules have to use existing numbers from last year last month or last week. Be grateful that you have an opportunity to help people who have to have plasma to live and that you get paid to provide that service.

Staff is very rude and super slow they just assume to hang out and talk with each other instead of getting people in and out and doing there job I now am going to octaplasma in Indy they are very polite and professional

Slow at times but the staff do the best they can. Some are better than otherwise, of course... I have spent over 3 1/2 hours here before!

While they are quicker to get the donor in and out the door; they do not employ adequately competent medical personnel.
