They ran out of paper to wrap things and would not put items in individual bags so they put several breakable in one bag & they chipped. Surprise? Taking them back to explain - young black female supervisor on duty said not responsible for damages. This is same woman who did not care that woman with scarf wrapped around head (not religious) was changing prices & switching tags. Guess City Union Mission gets do much $$$$ & donations that they do they do not care

Always good, clean rotating selection. Killer tag deals on Sundays. Staff is friendly, sweeping in dressing rooms could be done more often. Have gotten many great pieces here throughout​ the years.
