I have to say the people at Tri City Dodge are amazing!! I contacted John over the internet and he found me what I was looking for. We made an appointment I went in and he hooked me up right away with Bob Boulay. Bob got the paperwork started. I then told him I was going to go home and that he could call me when he knew something. I got home he called said I was all set .so I went in the next day signed my paperwork and also found out that my payments were going to be lower than originally told they would be. WOW! that was a pleasant surprise. Bob showed me around my new truck answered all my questions with great knowledge. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. These guys are all terrific! I would highly recommend Tri City Dodge! Also want to add that Bob Boulay is one of the nicest salesmen I have met! Thanks again Tri City see you in 5000 miles : )

Where do i begin!!! I wouldnt recomend this dealership/service department to anyone. Beware!!! They Talk down to everyone that opens the door, very very rude. I moved here from another state and had to go to a Dodge Dealership for some warrenty work on my Charger. The first thing i was asked was " did you buy the car here " When i told them i didnt i was told it would be a week before they can look at my car. At the same time another customer who clearly didnt have a appt. got right in the shop. When i questioned the service manager he was rude on his response. They call themselves a 5 star dealership . What a joke. I left and went directly to Port City Dodge who got me right in and repaired my brake caliper within 2 hours.

I have been to several dealerships over the years. Lately, I had been to several DODGE dealerships. I have to say that dealing with Marty at Tri-City Dodge, was by far the best experience. Marty listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Zero pressure to make a purchase. Marty earned my business by not acting like a sales guy, taking the time to understand my needs and searching the inventory, until we found exactly what I wanted. I have to say the owner of Tri City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a top notch guy. After all my paperwork was completed a $ 2000 dollar error was found in the internet price that I was quoted . They took the loss and honored my quote. I hate the whole "buying a new car experience". I would rather have all my teeth pulled without Novocaine.... Well I might be exaggerating a little there... but if I ever purchase another vehicle I will give my business to Tri-City. Thank you all for your wonderful service.

I hate spending money on new or newer vehicles! But....I went in to the service dept and Greg told me everything I wanted to know about every used truck on the lot. He walked me over to a sales guy and put me in good hands. I felt I got a great deal and was treated with the up most respect even though I was buying used. Thanks......will be back in the future!
