After 2 Thompson purchases, and a BMW that was serviced there for the past 3 years, I will not be going back. The sales staff is friendly and try their best to accommodate, but the Finance staff are simply ignorant and do not want to help. I had a situation where my daughter fell behind on a couple of payments because her job was outsourced and I had to help her out as co-signer. Of course, this dinged her credit score as well as mine, despite the fact that I actually fulfilled my obligations as co-signer and brought the payments up to date. BMW Financial is terrible to work with, and the Finance people at Thompson were a close second. They only look at credit score, which as a result of this recent event put mine into the "fair" category because it was so recent. Instead of looking at my debt-to-income ratio, and seeing that I clearly have enough income to cover off on a less expensive vehicle, their solution for me was to find a co-signer! This was there way of being "creative" financially. Needless to say, I walked and will never return again. I will take my business to Flemington, Fred Beans or Keenan.

just bought two vehicles from Thompson. My salesman promised me the world with the cars we bought. once they got hold of our 140000.00 everything promised does not exist, the salesman would not get back to me if my life were depended on it ( DAVE RYAN ) no one have answer for my questions. they want me to bring both vehicles back for service. last time I took my car for service was the day I had to buy a new car. the vehicle was scratched heavily with no rewards. I change cars every year for the last ten years. this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had making any kind of purchase. I will probably have to find a new dealer to service our vehicle because at this point I am scared of this hackers. today I have received my updated insurance policy and I fund out that my wife is driving without insurance for two weeks because the salesman DAVE RYAN forgot to submit the paper works to the insurance. imagine if something happened to my wife on the road

Everything was easy and straight forward at Thompson BMW. It started with a phone call to check on a car that I found online. Followed up later that day with a visit. After a few days in their shop for detailing and service, I took it home. They replaced the front bumper (due to a scratch) and the two front wheels (the actual rims). I was pleasantly surprised with customer care and service. I purchased a 2010 3 series; a 6 year old car. The customer care and service I received made me feel as though I was purchasing a new BMW. That made me happy. I felt like my salesmen Steve was honest and treated me fairly. They take care of you and do things right at Thompson BMW. Have had the car a month now and have no complaints! Very happy. Great job all around Thompson BMW!

I recently purchased a 2015 i3 BEV from Thompson BMW on April 8, 2016. Overall the experience was phenomenal. From the beginning, my Salesman Eric was low pressure and understood my needs and wants in a vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, Eric worked with me to achieve the best price possible and made sure I was happy through out all the steps of the buying process. Throughout my life I have been looked at as the "car liaison" from family and friends and based upon my experience at Thompson BMW I cannot available the BMW brand as well as the Thompson brand enough.

Rob Ridgeway and the entire staff at Thompson BMW made purchasing my new BMW X 5 an enjoyable and easy process. Great experience earlier this year. I ordered a convertible from the factory but when that was delayed due to a part shortage from a supplier, my sales representative Ryan Gordon did an excellent job locating an even better model. He made the whole experience great. So much so that a few months later when I was in the market for an additional car for my family, I picked up a Toyota RAV4 from Ryan and their sister dealership. I would highly recommend asking for Ryan when you stop in.

I am a loyal BMW owner so it pains me to show outspoken criticism towards the brand, however this was one of the worst experiences vehicle shopping I have ever had. If you really want to purchase a BMW, I recommend going anywhere else. The dealership network in SE PA is not very good, so you may want to try NJ, they seem to have better options. If you have to shop in SE PA, tread cautiously and do your homework.

I recently purchased a Certified BMW 328i xDrive. The Sales Rep. Rob was extemely helpful and straightforward as well as the Sales Manager and other staff. I would highly recommend visiting Thompson BMW (Doylestown, PA) before any other dealership. I visited a couple BMW dealerships closer to home first and although it was a two hour drive, Thompson BMW was far superior in customer service and selection.

Great personalized attention! Got a great deal on a new lease for a 5 series. Raul, my sales person, was knowledgeable, patient and showed us all the model options that would fit into our budget. I have purchased several vehicles from Thompson over the years and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. More often than not you cannot say that about most dealers. But rest to shirt you should feel comfortable going to this facility especially if you seek out Scott Patchkowski. He has personally facilitated every purchase and has made me feel comfortable on every single one.
