Although I love what they did when the place on updating it and the flow of donors is so much better the old employees need an attitude adjustment. If your trying to win with the competition across the street update your employees too They are still the same old mean uncaring people. The ones in the front and the ones in the back. I hope they never work in a hospital because their bedside manner sucks. The new ones seem okay but what will they be like in a couple months

Sitting here as a new donor and I am completely turned off by the unprofessional employees. Bickering with donors, say and making remarks that should not be said especially between employees and patients!!

They take four to four and a half hours to get u in and out. Others hav u in and out within one and a half,to two hours.
