I was very disappointed with their services. The process took about one hour to get processed as a new donor. Everything was fine until the screening questionnaire. The question asked if I ever had sex with a same sex partner. I stated yes. I am a gay man. They deferred me because of that. I already had my 60$ card in my hand. They took it away. I thought they were discriminating towards gays. Get with the times people where society accepts same sex marriage. I was really upset.

Sat there for 2 hours and 6 minutes. Then i was told that my address is listed as a business and the only way i could continue with the "screening" process was to let them call my landlord, let them identify themselves and question my lease!!! Yea i want my new landlord to know im donating plasma!

Overall took about 4 hours, due to screenings but actual donation was only about 45 minutes or so. Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Great experience and was paid instantly after donation. Get there early though! At around 930 am, an hour and half into my process, there was a line out the door

The staff is so unprofessional and some are rude. They gossip, cuss, and play around with each other constantly, instead of attending to donors which takes up more of our time. It makes it very hard to want to go back and help save lives!!!

Every time I go to Csl they do a good job but today it is not right i know Iam saving lifes today was my number 2 donor i came Friday, Saturday and Sunday i did not get to donor so i can not get my 10 dollars that is not right
