This is a wonderful plasma donating center and has all up to date new equipment. They are very safe health wise. It is a great place to donate for the benefit of health related life saving issues as well as make a small profit on the side. Great on resumes as well. The staff is super friendly but ethically firm! The doctor is more than honest and helps provide with other health related issues you may wont to know or need. The facility is clean and kept up, TV in the waiting room. The system is logical and first come first serve basis! Yes, the first time takes 4 hours in process for safety reasons and secure health information, body testing requirements with total confidentiality records, but after that it is simple and fairly fast! This is not a place to bring children! Excellent equipment and staff! Bravo...LadyAnn Graham-Gilreath

I placed a phone call to see if i could donate in their facility, the young lady who answered the phone kept telling me i needed to go to their facility first to see if i qualified, their facility is an hour away from my address but she insisted on me making the hour drive to fill out the paperwork to see if i qualified. I asked numerous times but again she insisted i drive the hour away to fill out the paperwork. The customer service i received from her came off as rude and she appeared to not want to make the effort to look into what i was asking. I was referred to them from the Johnson city facility because when the young lady there told me my zip code was not qualified in their system she request i call the Knoxville facility. The young lady in Johnson city was quick to help...

I have been 3 times, first time I told the women when I first got there, I had my daughter 5 months ago. So I waited around for an hour. Final get called to answer some questions. Then waited for another 30 minutes. I get called again to be told that I have to wait a full 6 months to give plasma. Second time I take my sister they say we had to have a piece of mail, the first they told me that all I need was my birth certificate and Social Security card. We go get the mail they tell me mine well not work because it was not stamped but starts doing her donation. There for 2 hours she comes back out too many tattoos!! Lol I still have been aloud to give plasma.

I go back and forth between this place and CSL Plasma for the payouts when your a new doner so I only go a few times a year to both.Knoxville plasma is a joke I will not be going there again the reason where do I began guess you will find out if you go there the workers...not even close to the level as CSL employees

I was beyond nervous going in for my first visit but their staff made my experience very enjoyable. They know how to have fun at their job and try and make you feel very secure and comfortable. Would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

I agree with first review. Veru unprofessional. The employees care more about who is dateing who and who did what, not about consumers waiting. Let their friends go ahead of those waiting. Do they even have a manager????

Horrible! Said i cant give blood because i had an IV from the emergency room and will not except my doctors note. Oh AND the first time i went they blew my vein out! NEEDS TO FIRE AND REHIRE!
