I was very pleased with my experience of leasing my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make my dream truck happened. Specifically Dave Tetreault was extremely helpful, answering all my questions, he was extremely patient, and was just as excited as I was when he handed over the keys. He was helpful in describing the trucks features as well as checking in afterwards as to how I was enjoying my truck. Josh, Paul, and Bobby did an outstanding job as well, and reassured me that Berlin City Chevrolet was the ONLY place to do business with. And I was equally impressed with the facility cleanliness as well. The staff at Berlin City Auto in Gorham NH is far above the rest. I am a repeat customer at Berlin City and thanks to Andy Moser and the sales team at The Chevrolet dealership I was able to drive away with a New F-150. Each time they have made the buying process pressure free and are always willing to work out a deal that makes sense and is fair to the customer even with some hick-ups. I Highly recommend visiting the Berlin City Auto group for any car purchase. I live in CT and still find it very worthwhile to make the trip to NH for GREAT prices and great service!

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and even though it was not their normal franchise the sales team was amazingly helpful and great to deal with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Andrew Moser who was my sales guide. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me to understand. He along with Bobby Hill and Chad Crane made my buying process very pleasant. I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Great experience with Brian right from the start. I tried one pre-owned Tacoma, then returned it for another three days later. No nonsense. Quick generous customer service all around. Allen Demers, service manager, was great.I would recommend a delivery from or better yet a trip to beautiful Berlin/Gorham in the White Mtns. to anyone wanting to have some fun buying a car, truck, whatever from Berlin City Motors.

He gave me a good price on my trade in and we noticed a chip in the window on the way home, they are sending someone to our house for a repair. Berlin City has made servicing my car a convenient and pleasant experience. I was able to schedule my appointment online and received a confirmation immediately. When I walked in for my visit I was welcomed from behind the service desk. After taking my information I chose to wait while my vehicle was serviced. I enjoyed the free coffee while waiting for my oil change.

today was not our first purchase at Berlin City but it was just as smooth and as simple and stress free as the previous one. I would highly reccomend this dealership to any one looking for a fair deal on a really good car. On my report when they delivered the vehicle I had asked for help on the automatic dimming and the person responded did not know so tell the owner to look at up in the manual-- heck I thought I would have a better answer than that. Also the estimate on a scratch on the vehicle nearly sent me into cardiac arrest so I will shop around

the wife and i bought our last vehicle there and were blown away by the great people in the sales department! we have done all of our service there as well and are always treated and charged fairly. the oil change is as cheap as anywhere in town and they do a free 20pt inspection. would highly recomend this dealership.
