This place is terrible if you are a pet owner. On occasion other donors and even employees who have alergies to cats and dogs will complain to staff management and get you kicked out, and deferred from going back for 2 weeks. I actually just got back home from being turned away today because one of the employees in the back got me kicked out and deferred for 2 weeks, and this is after I was screened and made it all the way back and was being hooked up to the machine.

The staff was rude from the time I walked into the door. I was snapped at twice within 20 minutes and told that I would be helped when they got around to it when I asked if there was paper work I needed to fill out. When they finally got around to helping me (35 minutes after my scheduled appt time and I had arrived 10 minutes early), one of nurses came out and very loudly announced my medical info to the whole room. I will never go back.

My appointment was at 8:40 I was early by fifteen minutes and they still took me in service was prompt between each station as this was my first time and they couldnt of been more friendly thanking me for coming and everything and I walked out the door at 11:15 great place will definitely come again

Disappointed that they do not take appointments. I am a very busy individual and do not have the time to go sit in there for 4-5 hours while I wait and complete my initial physical. I have been trying to get in there for weeks but by the time Im off work, the wait is EXTREMELY long

The staff are always great. They are courteous and attentive. Everyone is professional and if there are issues, the management will go out of their way to make it right. We have referred people in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you all.

Great and friendly people for the most part. My only complaint is the new appointments and they started closing at 7 instead of 730. Also the latest appointment is 640 with ten minute late window, so the hours should really be 650 not 7.

I love the clearfield biomat. I have been going there for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing. They also make it very fun with giveaways drawings and bonuses. I refer everyone I know to go there.

Nothing like a FALSE syphilis test to make you want to warn everyone. They sent me to the state health department and everything came back negative but my husband and I are still permanently differed for their mistake!
