Well I found this quite odd and a bit frustrating, that one, not a single thing was mentioned to me about a serpentine belt when I was called about my car or when I showed up to pick it up, and two, whatever they did concerning the serpentine belt whether it be loosen it thinking I was going to buy the alternator or knocked it off the tracks, or they for whatever reason just decided that they would write down that I needed a new one; has caused me to be on the side of the highway because it has just randomly for no reason or cause known to me fallen off. After having my vehicle towed to a licensed mechanic that clearly had genuine intentions of actually figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle, we were able to find out that the only problem was the main ground needing to be cleaned and MY original belt being put back on, since it was in perfect condition. There barely costing me anything at all to fix the issue that I went to the Keystone dealership in the first place, and the issue that was caused after taking it to the Keystone dealership. My normal dealership is Jim Glover and I have NEVER been treated this way and wish I would not have chosen to trust Keystone with my vehicle at all. Do I think the Keystone dealership will do anything with my review? Honestly, no, because if this is how they do business then their customer service and follow up will be just as terrible. But know that I personally will NEVER step foot in your dealership again. I have also told everyone that I know, work with now, and used to work with at the auto repair shop about my experience and recommended that not one of them ever take their vehicles to your Service department, period. Jim Glover will be notifed of my experience in hopes of salvaging my engine warranty that they have completely ruined after two years. And the Better Business Bureau of Greater Tulsa will be notifed as well. This is an absolute horrible to do business and I am completely dissatisfied with the whole entire experience. The salesman who called me was named David Willard, the tech who did my oil change was Joseph Wright and the tech who supposedly diagnosed my "alternator problem" and wrote down serp belt was Zachary Faulkner. If anyone would like to actually contact me about this issue please feel free. Thanks, Hannah

If there were a ZERO star, I would have selected it instead. The experiences I had at Keystone Chevrolet were terrible. I told the sales person what my budget and criteria was upon my arrival. But she seemed incapable of generating a list of possible cars that met my criteria and offered no suggestions. She instead insisted that we shop by (randomly) walking the lot (100° + weather), picking cars and waiting 5 to 10 minutes EACH TIME for her to run inside to find details of the vehicle. Getting the total PRICE from her was also extremely difficult because she acted as though she did not want to disclose the price up front, but instead going to financing to get the payment amount. When a customer demands a total sales price, they should get it instead of the cheesy (typical) used car tactic that person used by attempting to just show us show the “payment” amount. Personally, I did not have the time to sit down with financing on EVERY car of interest just to get the pricing details. Other car lots have the ability to run a list of cars (with pricing) meeting the criteria and their sales reps were able to “take us” to the cars of interest. They did not have to run inside every time to figure it out the details. Trying to get Keystone to provide that level of service was challenging and was reciprocated with attitude and ridicule (as I observed the sales person complaining to others about my demands when I had entered the building to use the restroom). Quite frankly, I will NEVER return to buy a car from here again. Right now, their level of service is being superseded by the “11th street” car lots. Even after purchasing two cars in 100 degree weather, they were even unable to offer me a bottled water on the house and merely pointed me to a pop machine. Not very classy. The most tragic thing is that I sent an email to the sales manager explaining my complaints and they never bothered to respond. I suppose after the sale is over, they care even LESS about their customers! Keystone will be great for you if service and empathy for customer service is NOT a priority. Thank you for your time.

The other day, I bought a new Cruze from Keystone Chevrolet. I had a deal with Jim Glover to buy a Cruze from them, but they did not have the car there and didn’t know when they were getting it in. After waiting a week, I went to Keystone and told them I would buy form them if they gave me the same deal. The deal was, they were going to throw in the connectivity package and the documentation fee and I would buy the car. I showed them the paper work from the other dealership that made this deal I was expecting, clear. They needed a few days to get the package installed, so when I picked the car up on the following Monday, there was some sort of Parrot brand Bluetooth installed. I had never seen one before but it looked tacky and out of place. When I brought up the USP port that was included in the connectivity package, he said it didn’t come in this model, but assured me that I could have one installed easy and cheap. I thought I was just uninformed and didn’t know what the package was. I took delivery of the car. I got home and did some research and found out that the Parrot Bluetooth is an after market part with a knob and microphone that cost $100. What I thought I was getting was the Chevy connectivity package, which included Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, and a USB port. I called my sales man and he said he tried to make it as clear as he could that I was getting an after market part and the “We Owe You” slip I signed was for a blue tooth system only. I feel Keystone misrepresented what they were selling me. Thanks Keystone for misleading me and leaving me with a tacky, out of place piece of equipment that is stuck to my console with double-sided tape and wires running out of the trim pieces. I now hate my experience and my car, because every time I look at it I am reminded of the way someone took advantage of me. I hope it was worth it Keystone.

I purchased my vehicle from Keystone Chevrolet and had it back because of a transmission issue. I paid my $100 deductible to have the problem fixed. They called me to come pick the car up and had fixed something, but did not fix the problem I took it in for. I have had it back twice now and they claim they cannot find the problem. I took it to another certified mechanic who found the problem immediately. When I called Keystone back to let them know what the problem was and that it would not show up on their computer because it was mechanical and not electronic, they told me if I wanted them to look at it again that I would have to pay them another $100 deductible to fix the problem I already paid them to fix in the first place. I would highly suggest no one purchase a vehicle from Keystone or have them repair your vehicle. They have this situation by breaking the contract they sell with their vehicles. I had to use a different Chevrolet dealership to get the problem fixed. They were not surprised in the least that this situation occurred at Keystone in Sand Springs. How many service members can one shop go through? The time before this whole mess, I had them just do a simple oil/filter change. They reset the button, but only added 2 quarts of oil.....the low oil light came on within 500 miles. They are crooks and will look for ways to screw their own customers. Save yourself the headache and trouble and take your business far from Keystone. I would love to visit with Mike Frizell personally about this situation, but he has yet to return my call.

We recently experienced a terrible wreck, that left us with only one vehicle. My husband and I work very different schedules and have two smaller children, so we depend on 2 vehicles. With some rough patches we have had this year, I was confident there was no way that we would be able to obtain a second vehicle again, but we tried anyway. We went to Keystone Chevrolet on 8/30/2017 at around 12:30 in the afternoon, Nathan Glass met us outside and talked with us about our options before we went in to do the paperwork etc. We went in, sat down talked for about 45 min filled out paperwork etc and he talked with his supervisor, came back and said well we do have a couple of options if your interested. We of course were shocked, and continued out with him to look what he had brought up, it was a 2017 Jeep Patriot, with less that 2,000 miles. I was in shock and thought there is no way we will actually get to take this home. Sure enough at 3:20 that afternoon we left the lot with the Jeep. We were so pleased with service and how Nathan treated us. He made our 2nd vehicle available and put our minds at ease. Thank you Nathan, and the staff at Keystone Chevrolet.!

I thought this was going to be an opportunity to experience something tha I have never experienced at any other lot, at least based on the radio advertisement that is what i felt, bad credit, trade in no matter how much you owe, etc.... My thought wow give it a try i may be able to get my credit better , get a car that i truly want for the first time, and deal with somone he actually believes ppl deserve a chance. Well i was wrong guess after getting my info and by the name they could see they did not want my business, I called gave all my info and explained my situation, the young man said i will give this to my mngr, i waited a week never heard back so i called back, although he wrote my info down when i called back he was not avail so i asked for a sup, i was connected and he said the young man will give me a call, he called advised mixed me up with someone else, and stated he was going to pass the info right then, well not much to my surprise no call back again, so i have requested a call from the owner lets see hiw this works out....

I had called the night before and was preapproved. We came in and met with Cris Otero. He was courteous and upbeat. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and my price range. We discussed this for a few minutes, went out to the lot and within 5 minutes I knew which car I wanted. Cris listened to what I had asked for and took me straight to the perfect car. The car had some damage on the front end and Cris assured me that it would be taken care of. When I picked up the car a couple of days later, it looked perfect! Cris kept his word even though the repair ended up costing more than originally anticipated, he made sure it was taken care of. I loved my car then, and I am still loving my car now. Thank you Cris for taking good care of me. Thank you Keystone Chevrolet for making this a great experience.

I bought a car from them with a missing mud panel on condition that they would pay to replace it. The short story is that it was 8 months of constant calling and persistent nagging before I got it. I had to take charge and get it replaced myself and then show up at the dealership with the receipt to get it done. They would lie over and over on the phone, saying they were sending me a check, and it never came. When I finally showed up in person they still tried to weasel out of it. Also, they pulled all the stereotypical used car salesman tricks to try to scam me while buying this car. When I called them out about quoting me a price $4000 higher than competition, they made up some BS about putting in the wrong model number.
