Waited 6 hours (yes 6) to be declined for the day. Staff was mostly nice but While waiting a group of 5 people were standing around talking about the illegal drugs they do. They were in close proximity to the front desk where employees would have to be hearing impaired not to hear. The girl next to me was telling me she needed money to get her blow on and that she frequents several of these facilities. They denied me for elevated bp but they take the drug addicted people with obvious sores on their body and drug issues. I work in the medical field and it was obvious to me quite a bit of their clients using drugs. One young thin guy was so fidgety and appeared to be needing a fix. He kept talking fast and was in an extreme hyper state. That wasnt the only conversation I overheard pertaining to drugs of choice in my 6 hours. SMH.

I am currently sitting waiting to donate...the phlebotomist has skipped over EVERYONE to stick one person that just came in to sit down...this person DID NOT have a express pass!!! I have been sitting waiting along with everyone else for one hour! This center is still new but is not ran in the correct way...this is a sad thing when people are so impatient that they feel the need to skip over people...what is even worse when the phlebotomist is willing to skip over everyone else! This is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

its has gotten a bit slow like a 2 hour wait , not sure why there so short on staff , but its showing its effects, i would like to also question the responses to bad reviews , why there kinda snide , the fact is , yes its life saving , but this is all about money , my time and BODY , for your money , this should not be taken lightly , its your Business and lively hood of those you do save and employ , its should be treated with the respect of such , be blessed

Theres always only 1-2 people sticking people on the floor which is ridiculous. If you know you have more donors coming to this location than people working then maybe this location should do some hiring because the wait time is ridiculous and they get mad when people get impatient which all falls into how horribly staffed this location is.

I went here today for the first time and I loved it. The staff are very friendly and professional! Its very clean and the process is quick compared to other centers I have used. For a first time donor the whole process took about 2-3 hrs. There doesnt seem to be a wait either which is really nice.

They r so slow. No one is working. I set in the chair for 2 hours and it was almost empty when i walked in the door.. There is literally 2 people working on the floor ... They need to hire more people or something.. The ones that r working are slow. Goofing off and talking

PLEASE WORK ON YOUR STAFFING.. HIGH TURNOVER BECAUSE OF POLITICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THIS IS A BUSINESS AND ITS SAD ITS ONLY ON PERSON STICKING. IF YOU HAVE LPNS.. WHY ARR THEY NOT STEPPING IN TO HELP. MAYBE YOUR STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION NEEDS REFOCUSING..

Very fast especially if you come at 6 a.m. in the morning when they open the process begins and ends immediately early bird always gets the worm first
