The women in the back that stick you are angels. Everybody needs to care that much about how they put a needle in someone. However, the system there is a hot mess. If you are a new donor expect to be there for a good 8 hours. And even when you donate for a year they will make you go through the new donor process all over again because a new blood sample needs take....so just take the blood sample! Why be there for 8 hours getting a new picture, a new drug test, a new physical....it blows my mind. And the guy behind the counter is a jerk.

TERRIBLE, i started going here over my other plasma place because you could actually schedule appointment times...yea that doesnt matter at all here. Think I had an appointment at 10:00am, didnt actually get in a chair till noon, didnt actually get out of the place till close to 2:00pm. Small TVs you can barely see, o and they would not allow me to listen to my mp3 player at all when i went. It got to the point that id rather be working then sitting there waiting for what would have been a 5 hour shift anyway.

Very first time donating place was clean... nurses very friendly yet serious about their job...donated total of 4 times since....place is still clean nurses make you feel comfortable....first time using bathroom smelled nice and clean...everytime i asked for anything i was helped anything needed to be explained thwy had no problems with doing so....when i called i get the same treatment

Decent place to donate. Only issues I ever saw were they are always understaffed and to many employees standing around doing nothing and talking while there are 5-6 donors waiting. They could have tons of donors if they would hire more staff.
