From my first visit the staff has always been extremely friendly! The process is quick and easy and the facility is clean. They have movies playing while you wait and the donation chairs are comfortable. I get cold easily so I choose to bring a blanket, I recommend bringing a small one with you on your visit. If you do not have a friend reference please use my name :) I would greatly appreciate it. FWI - I want to add after reading other comments - My first visit I was here for 3 hours but that included a physical and the plasma draw, the staff makes up for the long first wait by making you an express VIP on your second visit. The earlier you come the faster you get through.

If you want to completely waste your time, then go to this place. They make you wait for hours upon hours only be told for some idiotic reason you cannot donate. Watch out for the fat white bald security gaurd because he will seek reasons to get the staff not to let you donate. They called me this last time to donate and of course because I went to smoke a cigarrette I AGAIN couldnt donate. I wouldnt even give this place one star. THIS PLACE IS LIKE AN OLD BOYFRIEND THAT WONT GO AWAY!!!!!!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO DONATE THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So disappointed in this place ! Lack of knowledge and customer service astounds me I was told walkins were not excepted and was asked to make an appointment but I could only call and make a same day appointment? So I called in the next morning at 7am and was told I could not make an appointment. I then asked a basic question that should have ten les then 60 seconds to answer instead I was asked to call back. When I called I was put on hold for 15 minutes for something that would have taken under a minute to answer so so frustrating! Not coming back !

Where do I start.... The nurse called me to come in for a new donor special last week. I come in on Sunday, I get rejected because they only take appointments on Saturday and Sundays... Ok fine.. Mind you I live in Tempe (2 hrs on the bus). Then I go Monday after work ,( got a ride from a co worker)... I get rejected because they cant find my chart... SMH.... Now Im on the bus back to Tempe now 2 days in a row... If this isnt terrible service I dont know what is....

Horrible experience they had several new donors and the regulars side was packed.They only had two people working and then they wanna treat you like they got some classified material or something so valuable that they treat you like your in the penitentiary on controlled movement horrible just horrible! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!dont go dont go turn around waisting your time ......

Slow, inefficient, and lazy employees who love to take their time. Been going here for a few months and it seems things just getting worse. Slower anf more lazier people. Hospitals make you pass a physical to work there banner does. Maybe grifols does too but i see to many fat and slow employees. Slow employees who always complain about their work day. Such a silly place.

Very impersonal. Rude on the phone. Not much better in person. Sure, you are being compensated as a donor but staff at this location are not trained or care about treating donors as "donors". Thier claims about "plasma saves lives" fail as they continue treating donors disrespectfully. Donate somewhere else to be treated with consideration. Avoid Talecris.

Staff members are okay, they can be friendly when they want to be. From the moment you sign in, be prepared to wait. As you are seated to donate, you will wait again. When your donation is completed you will wait again... This facility tends to have you wait. Would I recommend it? No. Only a few, know how to locate your vejn. Ouch! Again. You will wait.

This place is one of if not t he cleanest and friendliest plasma donating centers. First day can take a while but other days are fast and easy. Compensation is great and rewards can be earned as well such as money and grifols gear i highly recommend this place to family and friends if ever stuck in a rut or just want a few extra dollars

I have been deferred a couple times, although disappointed at the time, I appreciated the detailed explanation along with helpful hints to improve my overall levels. welcomed back and had successful donations ever since.....

Slow as hell. Waited 2 hours before the second stage. Still had a hour or more before I could be done not. Sorry but this place takes to long. Other then that its alright. Waiting for my wife 15 plus minutes before disconnecting this place is becoming a joke go to CSL they are faster.

First visit was very slow. A bit slower than csl. Overall an average plasma donation center. On my fourth donation and the staff seems cool and the waiting rooms are comfortable enough. Times are not noticeably worse than csl on subsequent visits.

The times I go to donate, the wait time is not that long. I see the floor manager getting everyone in as quick as possible. I enjoy donating here because it had a clean atmosphere and the staff are nice. Thank you guys for your hard work!!

Awesome donation center fast and very friendly I was in @ 8:10 and out @ 9:30. Yes the fist time is quite long but they make it up with your second time with 2nd time donors go to the front of the line. Check it out today.

Huge waste of time if you are NOT between 100lbs to 400lbs you will NOT qualify. I wasted 3 hours 30 minutes to find out I did not qualify and they do NOT have it listed either!
