I liked this place till 1 they fold my husband they only took military services if he was in uniform but thats not the issue the issue is the managers there are rude and so arw the nurses, they dont care about how the customer is they just care about when its timd to go home and im no junkie and giving a bad review because i have worked for customer service and retail and you never are rude to a customer or make them wait for 6 hours and then tell them they cant be seem you guys have some major issues and they need to be fixed or else you guys wont be a very good buisness, and i cant believe you let thug behavior at the work place talk about unprofessional at all..... And when my husband goes up there you guys say anything just to not let him be a new donor so not worth 50 dollars you assholes.....

I have tried to donate and ben the nurse or whatever. He is was very. Rude to me he made rude comments to me i had a bite on my arm and he said it looked like i shot up drugs very rude i also seen him rude in the lobby to another girl im sorry but thats not they way to treat people that are wanting to help others by donating.very slow to and the guy named ben made fun of me when he took me in one them rooms because i didnt understand some of the paper work he asked me if i took something or if i was high i was just real nervous cause it was my first time giving plasma but i didnt get to cause of him he is one rude person i ever met didnt know u could talk to patients like that or treat them so bad i hate that place.

They have two speeds in the front. Slow, and stop. Its always a long slow process. I feel discriminated against because I always get skipped over. we are suppose to get paid within a little while after each donation on a debit card. Its been 4 hours ago and i never received a payment on my card and the center is closed till tomorrow.

This is some real crap here came here and 7:00 am third new donor in line saw 4 ppl go before me and been here almost 5 hrs and all i got is a text and 9 saying they will be ready for me in a bit but i will definally wont be comming back here ever.... all this for $50 bucks really ......

This place is so slow then after waiting all that time they tell u they couldnt get to me today there full before 9 am The workers are in there little rooms talking tge whole time. So not worth doing Worst place ever Western in sw okc is the best

The first time was like 5 hours but after that it was really quick and their facility is clean and the staff is really nice..they also give u vip cards your first visit..which means your 2nd visit they move u ahead of the line...

so I am a regularly donor and the 5th time u are supposed to get 50 well they must have changed it cause I only got 45 and they 6th donation u get 50 till the 9thn donation but on the 9th donation u are supposed to start over

This is a terrible place. The staff is lazy. They will deliberately lie to your face to get out doing work. I would suggest going to talecris or call before ever stepping foot into this unprofessional establishment!!

Went in at 1, and was put on a waiting list behind 15 people Its now 620, (they close at 6) and they still havent gotten to me. I was on standby all day waiting to go in.. Save yourself a day and go somewhere else.

Staff here is awesome. First time donor, bring something to eat and a blanket. I became nauseated because I had eaten way earlier than I donated. It is an all day affair.

They take about only 10 people a day, got there before they opened and waited, got put on the wait list. It is now 4 PM and I still have not been seen.

Its a nice place. Its just a long wait. But at least you have a seat and a good movie. I have to pay for a movie ticket to have that.
