THIS IS THE WORST PLASMA CENTER IN DFW....No one that works there care enough about their work to be there and nothing makes them more happy than to use the little authority they are given. Anytime you call for information on your file you are put on hold until someone else picks up the phone not even knowing you have been on hold for 15 minutes. They just want to collect their paycheck and go home. There is nothing friendly about it I hope they make major staff changes to employees that actually are motivated to do a job. Most of them cant even stick someone right without digging around for a vein they were suppose to locate before sticking you. COMPLETELY HATE THIS NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT DO NOT RECCOMMEND TO ANY NEW DONORS SAVE 3 HOURS OF YOUR LIFE. I would give this place no stars if I was able to do so...I had better experiences putting my hand on a stove than to waste my time and energy going to this slum of an office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE

Everyone was nice and professional. I was a new donor and knew it may take a little longer than normal and over all it really did not. All the people I dealt with where nice and polite and very helpful. I will tell you that it is amazing that with the volume of people they deal with daily that the employees do such a wonderful job. I will continue to go here and do my part to help the medical field and while doing it make a little cash. Thank you to all the employees at Biomat in Arlington Texas for a nice and smooth experience.

Very inconsiderate and un-negoitable. They pricked me from the same arm they took blood from and they were not educated to know that a machine will not read the blood pressure if the body has been punctured and is sending pressure to the wound. They attempted to run my blood pressure check three times and I beg them to check my arm that did not get punctured for a blood pressure check and they refused. I really needed that money for an emergency and they simply were heartless.

If i could give 0 stars i would this place is horrible unorganized they loose paperwork unprofessional. Ugh n whenever they claim theyll give u 50 they give u 20 or 25 u dont know its not 50 till u cll or get declined . fabiana is very professional, cool, fast and is great at what she does. Theres two other professional cool people there but i forgot there namea other then that this place is horrible .

Unable to donate for a week or two due to their stickers bruising both my arms. 1st visit great. 2nd bruised arm. 3rd time using other arm, was not able to get red blood cells back into body, they had to halt donation. Now I have to use ice pack and heating pad on arm for 2 days. I never had any problems at CSL, ever.

Very poor service. 90% of the time no one answers calls. Unprofessional in numerous ways. I referred my girlfriend a week ago and still have not received any "bonus". Average time from start to finish as a return Donor is way to long at almost 3 hours. For new donors You can add another hour + Way understaffed.....

Ofcourse you are going to have to wait IT IS a plasma center .. besides that, staff is awesome and I have not had any issues with them at all. Aby stuck me and did it perfect she was very nice as well and really did seem to care about me and how I was doing.

Total waste of time. Most do not follow procedures. Staff is not friendly, and very unprofessional. They are not honest about what they pay either. You are there for several hours at a time, and it is not worth the little bit of money you do get.

After having a terrible experience with Octapharma in G.P. I was so pleasantly surprised with the new in proved Biomat. Wow, the staff was so efficient and friendly. The lady that stuck me was so gentle I literally did not feel it! Great Job!

numerous times they push the needle in way to far and just start the machine, they DO NOT know what they are doing. Come here if want your donation done completely wrong and a long wait. and thats FACTS!

I have been to several donation centers and this one has the nicest people but by far the slowest. It takes on average about 3 hours to get done and that way to late. I expect some wait but wow.

the people are very freindly and always ask how my day is. the wait is sometimes long but its understandable. if you have hard vains to find DEFINITELY ask for John, Allen, or Agnus.

Word of advise if your new make an appointment because they will not tell you when they stop taking new comers until you get there and otherwise you might never get seen to donate.

Very slow. Been here waiting 4 hours now and I havent even taken the physical yet. Go to CSL. Bit further but your out in 2 - 2 1/2 hours total on your first day
