WASTE OF TIME! DAMON DAMON DAMON CROOK CROOK CROOK DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM I went in there with a truecar price that I called the dealer and asked before going if thats the price. Damon on the phone will tell you what you want to hear until you get there. Once I get there I hand him my truecar certificate like we talked and he goes to his desk, tells me this price is not correct and then goes in the system and emails me a new certificate that is about 500 more then what i had in my hand. This knucklehead thinks that I would not catch on... He also went ahead and tried to tell me the dealer doc fee Is not included in the truecar price when it clearly lists it at the bottom of the certificate. So he tried to add 500 to the price +an extra 399 doc fee which was already included in the truecar price I had. I basically caught this Idiot red handed STAY AWAY DEAL WITH A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALER!

Have to applaud Larry V and his excellent help on our deciding on and buying a new Camry. Despite arriving at the dealer after 5 pm - we were able to test drive 2 cars. Well after the usual closing time of 7 pm Larry worked with us to make sure we could drive it home that night. Great new car sales service and years of great maintenance service will keep us going back to Torrington Toyota for years!!! Updated June 9th 2017 - Went back for the first service and true to form the experience was top notch.Kurtis Leduc was my advisor and he explained that the first 25k miles oil, inspections and tire rotations were on the house. He said it would take an hour but it was done in about 45. Offered to make my next appointment. This is why I keep coming back for the best service around.

I had a good experience at Torrington Toyota, it was very easy and quick to get what I wanted. Damon Stefko was the sales person I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as the financing. I will request him as a sales person if I need another vehicle. I have purchased a vehicle at Torrington Toyota in the past and believe me I would have not gone back unless I was completely satisfied. The vehicle maintenance service is top quality as well. Easy to schedule and you have the same service technician working on your vehicle each time you bring your vehicle in for service. It makes it easier when the service technician is familiar with your vehicle. Again, Great Experience.

Service Department: Awful experience. Called ahead to ask about a recall notice I received on the differential on my Rav4 as the car was making a noise that the notice claimed was a cause. Torrington Service said to bring it in. When I got there they wanted to charge me over $100 just to take a look at it. I presented the recall form, saying it was covered by the warranty, but they insisted on charging me - demanding I pay or they would not service the car - not even listen or drive the car to ascertain if it could be the problem. I was shocked that the service rep was so dogmatic and inflexible. This is truly horrible business relations and practices. Will never go back there again.

I was reluctant to walk in a dealership after many failed attempts to get an honest sales rep. I finally had no choice because my lease was up in 2 weeks and i had to make a move. I walked in Torrington Toyota i was greeted by Dave K. Tall blue eyed handsome righteous looking guy he promised me a Fair deal and he delivered well above my expectations. He might be the only honest car salesman in the industry at least in Connecticut. I took my purchase order and tried to get 3 different dealership to match it with no luck so i know for sure my deal was great. Thanks Dave GOD Bless you.

Exceptional sales department personnel ("T") provided clear comprehensive lease options for me prior to my visit. The trade-in for my car was fair and just. The finance manager, Dave, had all of my paperwork in order and explained each document as we completed the lease. The service department manager (Joe) continues to assure my vehicle is maintained & monitored properly and even gave recommendations on how to save money & how to extend the life of the tires. The entire visit was so well-orchestrated that I thought I forgot a step. Top notch service from Torrington Toyota-Scion!

Throughout the whole process, Dave was very helpful in finding out what we were looking for in a vehicle as well throwing out ideas about what may best suit our needs. He was very available to our questions even if we could not be there at Torrington Toyota personally. I would definitely recommend him to others, and would seek out his assistance in the future.

My family and I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. To be specific, this is actually our third purchase from this dealership. Tee, one of the salesmen, is very honest and was a big help throughout the purchase process. He has helped us in the past and he always does his job to the fullest. Go to Hoffman Toyota. I was on the hunt for a 4Runner TRD pro. Was told by the team here Toyota stopped making them. Julio Sosa and James Fappiano of Hoffman Toyota ordered me one and made it happen. Hoffman Toyota truly is "driven by trust." As of May 15 have read response from owner. I was never offered the option to order one through Torrington, otherwise, I gladly would have done so. There was no misunderstanding, just false information to push a vehicle already on the lot.

I shopped for a used car online and found it here. I contacted Damon Stefko who was very helpful and accommodating. We made a deal and Damon assured me the car would be completely serviced and ready to go when I arrived. I flew in to pickup the car and true to their word the car and all the necessary paperwork was ready to go. In less than one hour I was on my way home 1,200 miles away. The trip went flawlessly thanks to Damon and all the staff at Torrington Toyota.

I went here to buy my 2013 Scion FRS. The dealer who assisted me Gil, was very helpful. Not only was the experience pressure free but they also made this process very easy for me. They were able to give me dealer plates so I could drive the car off the lot and mailed me my plates after going to the registry. The processes was very quick and painless and I had a very good experience. I would recommend this place if you plan on getting a new or used car.

I just bought a new Corolla, and was very satisfied with the customer service that Damon and Torrington Toyota provided. I went through AARP/TrueCar, and Damon actually beat the listed "discount" price that I came in with. (Another non-Toyota dealership had told me the AARP price was the lowest they could go.) Damon then offered me an even better deal on another Corolla, which I accepted. I felt comfortable with the entire process.
