I never donated in my life till I moved to Ohio ..I have not had any issues I give plasma 20-25 mins later Im done I make my bill money or extra play money that i can buy house hold needs or use for transportation. .now as far as workers Dominique. And nathdaniel. Great no complaints very genital very nice I appreciate the time they take and its ok the wait cause its comfortable to sit back relax and watch TV be on your phone with head phones and listen to music now on bout to go today cause I need traveling money to go shopping for food and a Lil extra want hurt ...great place

Terrible ive been coming herr in forever and the workers are extremely slow also the poor workers amount is ridicoulous there has been a whole line of people waiting to get stock and therefore they are still taking their time, i aldo noticed they talk to much instead of getting into business and making sure people are connected and ready to go. Im seriously considering going to another location if this place dont get better... And im calling corporate...

This place is honestly a joke i went up here thursday at 130pm and i was a new customer and didnt leave until 730pm!!! They are a joke. And the male nurse is so rude. Also very unprofessional! For example someone called up there when i was up there and the male nurse answered the phone and another nurse took the phone from him and just hung up the phone and they both started laughing!! Like are you serious smh.

This place is awful . the staff is beyond rude ! The so called stickers arent trained properly and are very bad at their jobs and act like clients are a problem ! Do not waste your time going here . if you bring something to their attention they ask you to leave . forget calling to ask questions the staff just hangs up on you cleveland octopharma is filthy and a health risk do not donate here !!

Everytime i come here its like a social gathering the employees carry on with there friends that come in and leave other ppl hanging. I had an exspress pass and because the girl new the guy she took him out of line to take his vitals a head of everyone. Sat in a chair for an hour while they sat and carried on and laughed with there friends need training seriously

The wait is always at least 2 hours, 1 hour wait to be screened and another hour waiting for a bed. There are not enough stickers or screeners and when the staff does decide to work, they move very slowly. It takes me on average 3-4 hours from start to end, the bad part is I finish the plasma process itself in 45 minutes, the rest is wait time.

I just had the best octapharma worker that they must have and her name is Alaska. She made me feel comfortable as the needle peirce my arm. Smile the whole time I hope I get her next time I come in. Please post your schedule so that way I plan my donation around it.

I have never seen such an unorganized facility. Takes over an hour to get stuck once you have been lying down in chair.. Then sometimes takes 30-40 mins to get disconnected once you are done!!! Ridiculousness!!! Workers try to discourage donors from donating..

This place needs a new system for college students. I waited for nearly two hours just to hear that my current address is too far away to donate. Instead of wasting my time they should ask these types of questions immediately

Workers they hire have attitudes not pleasant unprofessional earrings , tattoos getto like and poor training , slow, you can stand at front desk for 5 minutes then they might help you. CSL better scales are inaccurate
