The staff was very nice and friendly. BUT when I was back getting my exam I was told I could not donate because I was a breastfeeding mother. I was okay with this, BUT I had wasted 3 hours just to be told I could not donate. I would suggest putting a sign in the front lobby letting mothers know that breastfeeding mothers cannot donate. When I brought it to attention of the staff and suggested a sign be put in the front lobby, they gave me the impression that it could not be done.

Very rude staff, doctor refused to have a nurse in the room and was requesting me to take off my shirt when I tried to report the Incident to management they told me I could never come back again and put my name on a deferred list so I cannot donate anywhere. This place is a big fat law suit just waiting to happen. Horrible staff terrible managers woman beware the doctor there is a total pervert

Some great staff. Some rude. Appointment time made not honored. Web appointment three times I made this last one was there 15 mins early as asked 1:00-1:15 pm was the time waited till 2:38 pm too even get back to donate, sad thing is guy next too me was a walk in and no appointment and was finishing up as I got hooked up. Thanks

I do enjoy the employees here, but there policies are inconsistent. I used to be able to have my blood pressure taken in the room when they did my cap stick. Now I have to wait to go in the room, and get that handles which causes me to end up having a bunch of people ahead of me. Certain things are very inconsistent.

They misinform people of when they can and cant donate. Its sad to see that you have to make appointments just to make a little extra cash. Whats the point of doing it then? I would NOT refer anyone to this place. Needs to be shut down
