My wife and I decided to start donating plasma for the extra fun budget. We were both worried about the typical rumors and side effects and a little edgy with needles, but they answered all of our questions and concerns. The staff is terrific and proffesional. Everyone is really kind and will do their best to help make you comfortable, and so far, every worker who has hooked me up to the little machine did so without me even feeling more than a soft pinch -they are that good- The atmosphere is a VERY clean enviorment with TVs all around so that you can relax while you donate. And they offer a poweraid after to help you re-hydrate

This place is absolutely amazing!! I went in for my first time today to donate and was blown away at how nice everyone was! I was so nervous but they put me right at ease. The process was a bit long but thats normal for your first time. I really appreciated how clean, careful and cautious everyone was! They take their job seriously but also know how to have fun and be professional. They made me so comfortable. I will def be going back! this place is terrible. they are so cheap they do not test your blood individually the send it out to tested in a batch and if anybody in the batch fails the test you get flagged too. after telling me that i was hiv positive they re tested my blood and found out they were wrong. they caused me a week of sleepless nights due to stress and anxiety and once they told me they made a mistake and i didnt actually have hiv they told me i was permanently banned from donating at their locations. thanks for nothing except a high level of stress and anxiety

I love the orem location! The new system makes the dotation process 10x faster as well. The employees at biomat are so nice and friendly, it makes it a really fun environment to be in. I recommend donating to everyone especially the orem location. They answer every question and settle any worry you have. They make you feel welcome so you always want to come back. They really do a fantastic job at what they do. Always go above and beyond with what they have to and what they are asked to do. I would never donate any where else!

I have been donating at Biomat for a long time, one complaint i have that on many occasions they did not get the money put on and I had to call the card to get things straightend out. As for the staff, i have made friendships with most of them. There are some I stay away from like when it comes to sticking the needle in my arm. That is why I request to have those i feel comfortable with and are very easy to talk to. while they are setting up the machine and getting my plasma flowing. They are Great.

Though I really have enjoyed the staff and the bonus structure they have there. I am extremely dissapointed in the way the have automated everything... Half the time the machines to check in are laggy or crash making the donation time slower but now you have to set an appointment to donate which the website to do so is horrific and takes ages to load. I will continue to donate but home they fix the automation they have added and make it more personable again

not very many people in the lounge, first timers will take some time 3 hours. as they will give a physical and LOTS of questions. the staff was great, very tolerant! always have some action movie going on! very clean and thorough! first time is $30 they offer you $40 for the second time within in the same 7 day period. and I believe its 25 after that.

The staff is young and unprofessional. It is like a party atmosphere and the donors are an annoyance. The do not speak to you, make eye contact. As they are working on you they are clowning around with their coworkers. I had the needle painfully in the wrong spot from their not paying attention. Not a goid experience yet.

After having donating for 7 months, biomat orem told me that I have hepatite B and I knew it s imposible( and some of the staff are so rude) . Then I went to check my blood with hep b, hiv .... but all of them were negative... biomat orem was my worst experience ever in my life :( . Please find another place for donating.

Definitely love coming here! I like the staff there they make you feel welcomed and taken care of, I had something happen while I was donating and I had plenty of staff around me making sure I was good and they offered me treats kept me calm! I plan on continuing to come here, with an environment like this I recommend it!

1st time donating plasma. Been donating blood for 35 years. Went here on Tuesday, was told one thing. Went back on Thursday, told something different. Went back on Friday, and told yet a third version. Not going back again. Red Cross, here I come. These people need to get their stories straight.

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. There was always someone that I could talk to or ask for if I needed something. I got sick at my first donation and they took very good care of me. Their compensation is really good and donating is totally worth it. I would recommend this center.

I have donated for quite a few years and this place by far is the best it is the cleanest one i have ever seen they dont pay as much as some other ones do but the atmosphere makes up for that ten fold and there bonus programs are awesome
