Yard sale quality, retail prices. You get maybe 15% off retail for all the risk of a yard sale; no returns, no refunds, no steady stock for building supplies like flooring. Furniture and cabinets are dirty and broken up and no better deal than the many online stores available for brand new. Try the Cary location. Prices are still high but better/cleaner merchandise and friendlier staff.

Was on the phone to ask a simple question. The first person had me on hold for 10 minutes before someone else answered. They placed me on hold again for another five minutes and came back to the phone only to hang up. Called back to try to speak with someone else and the second person got rude and hung up yet again. Good customer service is hard to come by.

Great restore. Nice helpful workers and good quality used items. Sometimes pricey but they reduce prices regularly after it has been available for several weeks. Usually you can get good deals if you wait a few weeks it will be reduced. Best restore in area, more selection than cary and better staff and quality items than chapel hill.

I love the habitat stores you can find great used products for renovations to your home with great prices. My wife and I found a double vanity and counter top for under $100. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The best part to me is the habitat stores are Christian stores.

Customer service is great but it is really expensive. Some items are just 1 or 2 dollars less than retail store not mentioning that there is no warranty no returns on items. I think they should have a knowledgeable person to put the price on items.

Found an extra large tub for my bathroom remodel. It was almost new condition for only $100. A half hour with some cleanser and it was perfect. Lots of other stuff as well. If you are remodeling - check it out.

Great for someone handy or who wants to remodel on the cheap. But you have to be sure to check that appliances have all parts... Also, the overstock they buy from Target and other stores can be a great deal!

Great company with which to donate! Superb pickup date/time coordination services. For large removals, great truck service. Have used them for three large pickups as of writing this. All of them a breeze.

Way overpriced! It has been a while since my last visit and I was simply astonished to find such prices. WOW! No more budget friendly home DIY project from this store. So sad.
