I would love to be able to say that I could save a life. However this place made me feel extremly uncomfortable and unsafe. The wait was excessive and the returning donors were able to proceed ahead of the new donors, regardless of how long we were already waiting. It seemed as if people were coming off the the street just to get money, not really caring about the cause of donating plasma. I felt as if I needed to be wearing a face shield and latex gloves just to be in that place.

Well I go regularly. I do think the staff is very friendly with some people who could use help with that. The staff who check you before you sit down often make you wait because they are busy talking about private stuff. The line usually is very long . When u get through it usually takes a very long time like 1 hr to 2 hrs before you get to begin donating. But mostly happy about the place. Just wished they would work faster. But if u go make sure u have time.

B Money

Some days are really fast but yet there are some other days that you just wait in the exact same spot in line for an hour. Like today, I have been waiting in line now for 30 mins and it looks like it will be another 30 easily becuz they only have 2 stickers and they are moving at one speed- DEAD STOP!

Mrs. Sharon is suppose to be the sup pulled my needle out left me bleeding then called someone else over to clean up the mess. She was doing way too much had a nasty attitude and needs to realize she is not above making mistakes a simple apology would have been better than her nasty attitude

The staff has been great to me. Just have the required documents, no children in the building, and no sitting inside without donating. Mrs. Monica at the front desk will direct you and the staff is very professional.

This place is NOT worth the money. I was only in for 15 min B4 i started looking around at how dirty this place was i mean i have seen cleaner porta pottys and the smell omg the smell of that place.

The policies of this place are ridiculous and so is the security guard. They have been understaffed for a couple months and refuse to fix It. News flash csl you are downtown. Be better.

They have gone way down hill over the years. The staff is rude, they treat you like cattle and the place is dirty. Its not worth the money, save your time and sanity.

I get sick every time during my donation process. Is there a way to prevent that? Maybe slowing down the machine?? Idk??

At times it is busy but the employees work hard here and the money come in handy it is the best plasma place to go too
