So the staff are friendly and the time process is like all other donation centers. HOWEVER. I am not impressed with their record keeping. It says to take in proof of where you live, on my first visit I took in an electric bill, renters contract of my address, and renters insurance at that same address. They took my paperwork and scanned it. I come back later to donate and am unable to do so because they said I have not given proof of address. What was the point of letting me donate last time then and me bringing in that paperwork? So bring that proof the first 3- 4 times because you most likely will be told the same thing which just wastes your time. Well not much improvement even in Oct of 2017. Donated Thursday and never got paid. Avoid this place. Keep wasting donors time.

Why is it that Biomat has 2 location BOTH under Grifols but they have different payouts the one on Bonanza has new donor payouts as in photo and the center in North Las Vegas DONT use same payout they do the $75 the first 2 visits then back to normal 20 -40..WISH I knew this before I became NEW DONOR at North Las Vegas if I knew Bonanza was better payouts I would have been NEW DONOR there seen picture BONANZA center NEW DONOR payouts which North Las Vegas Center told me they dont use Bonanza center payouts *** just wish they share same payouts being BOTH Grifols ( Biomat ) franchise**

WORST WORST WORST plasma clinic I have ever been to. Racist nurses who treat you like garbage if you aren’t black. I’m Hispanic and I was referred to as “the spic in the blue shirt”. Horrible management that refuses to take charge of situations. Place is dirty and the nurses are dirtier. Be sure to shower after you leave. Place is gross. NEVER DONATE HERE!!! Contacted their head office to file a complaint and was told that they don’t investigate wrongdoing because their employees are top of line. That’s complete bullSh*t. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Best plasma donation center in the city. My mom is anemic and so I originally started donating because plasma goes towards making drugs that would help my mom. And the extra money a week is bad either. So many great people that work here that make it fun to donate plasma. Frida, Giselle, Karmen, and Felicia are my favorites. Mostly because they never hurt me when they stick my arm.

First time for me, initially walked in and the sign said new donors with a rope to the left. So I followed it. But then realized I needed to check in first. If you are a new donor and a sign reader like myself, check in first... then follow signs ;) It was clean and organized, I felt staff was working hard and fast to get us done in a timely manner. Thanks for a good experience!

Been there twice its around corner from my house. Clean facility and some of the friendliest staff... First time was a saturday around 130-2 pm .. It was relatively packed , for the entire new person sign up and get back and out took about 4 hours... Second time was a monday at about 1240 pm and totally dead was in and out in about 1 hour and 15 min.

They are very friendly profesional and great to be around. Always gets extra moneys each week atleast $40 pn top of the weekly $50 and $30 for donateing i get atleast $110 a week from biomat. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I tried other places but everywhere else i went to dont give what biomat does Plus biomat gives $75 for each donour refered

Best donation center in Las Vegas hands down!! Donate during the first week and second week of the month and receive a extra $10 on you second donation of the week! If you donate at least 6x in a month you will recieve an extra $10 also if you donate 7x in a month you will recieve an extra $10. A potiental Donor could make $350 a month.
