This was the first time I used STS and they were great. I sent an inquiry, they responded asking some simple questions about what I wanted picked up. The sent me a form to give a more detailed count of the items I wanted picked and a day or so later I got an email and a phone call from them letting me know everything was scheduled. They were due to arrive at 11:00 AM but I got a phone call earlier in the morning from Jason, one of the drivers letting me know they were running behind and when they would be there. And they arrived when they said they would. Jessie and Emmitt were polite, professional and very meticulous about how gathered up the old hardware trying very hard to not be a disturbance in the office. I have been using STS for several years, and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electronics recycling company. In their most recent trip, I found that I needed to have some recycled equipment picked up at the last minute. I talked to them, and they surprised me at how quickly they worked me in. Their drivers, Jason & Mike, showed up right and time. I showed them what needed to be picked up and asked them to contact me and lock the doors when they finished. When they were finished, they contacted me and told me everything was locked up. I later went by the facility and found they had done everything they said they would. This is a great company to work with.

I recommend STS Electronic Recycling to anyone wishing to dispose of their used or broken electronics. The drivers I met were very hard-working and courteous, as was their supervisor, Wayne, when I called him with a question concerning the size of my recycling load. Also, when I had questions regarding the security of the hard drives I was recycling, Kasie in the marketing department was very helpful in explaining that the company is R2 certified and clears data on the hard drives according to Department of Defense standards. Since I expect quality for quantity, I can assuredly say STS delivers. • • •

I called STS and spoke to Ashley, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. She also emailed me right away with the required documents I needed. Once I turned in the documentation I received a response quickly. I was told initially it would take two weeks before they could pick up the electronics, however about 3 days later I received an email they would be coming within the week. Once the guys got there, they packed up all the items quickly, and they were very friendly and professional. I will defiantly use this company again! This company is absolutely wonderful! The crew they sent to pick up our surplus were very professional, hardworking and courteous. STS Electronic Recycling had a huge load to pick up yet they only charged us for a one load pickup, even though they had to come back two more times to get the rest of it. They stood by their word which is getting extremely rare these days. I could not be more pleased with the quality of services that they offer! We also saved a ton of cost by going with them. One word will sum it up, OUTSTANDING.

My experience with STS has been nothing but great. From the moment I contacted them to schedule a pick-up, to the constant contact before our pick-up up, to the day of our pick-up, everything went well. The employees reached our location ahead of scheduled time and jumped out of the truck working. They were very fast and efficient. We had a lot of old equipment and they had it boxed and palletized in no time and were on their way. I would recommend STS to anyone wanting to get rid of old equipment.

Donna Dosser and her team made the recycling of our copier a pleasant experience. I searched around for a company to recycle our copier for a few months and even though STS was about 300 miles from my jobsite, they were the last call I had to make. The first pickup was actually missed due to my error; however, STS automatically scheduled a second pickup for me. The STS team is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing electronics to be recycled.

STS Electronic Recycling made the process of getting rid of outdated computers and equipment extremely easy. The two gentleman arrived on time, were extremely courteous and even notified us when they were done to make sure everything had been taken. As a non-profit organization, keeping costs low is very important. The best part was that it was free. We were very satisfied and will definitely utilize their services again.

Love this company! This is the second time we’ve used STS for equipment recycling and we will definitely use them again.
