I just purchased a car today from Tri-City Ford in Eden N.C. I will say that it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. These people are great. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. I live 90 miles from their dealership, so my initial contact was with Mallory Hutchens. She was friendly and very quick to respond to my questions. I worked with Jeff Short who could not have been more professional. Jeff was very kind and considerate. He got me a great deal and I would give him the highest recommendation. Whether you live in Eden or way out of town like me, I strongly encourage you to consider Tri-City Ford for your next automobile purchase, whether new or used. There was no pressure, hype or double-talk. The customer service was outstanding. I drove 90 miles to do business with these people and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Well i have 2015 mustang gt. I went to tri city to get the oil change because it is near my house. Green ford had been do it for me in Greensboro. I tell the guy ALL I WANT IS A OIL CHANGE. I have my own oil mobile 1. All i need is a oil filter. Well when i get ready to pay it is 39.71. What. O that what oil change is. Green ford it is 15.97. I had to pay is if they use there oil in it. 50.00 oil i bought plus 39.71. For them ha never again. Go to GREEN FORD IN GREENSBORO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND A LOT CHEAPER

Wife needed another vehicle, made the drive from Greensboro to check out a preowned Nissan Quest. Worked with Jeff Short and Kevin Coates to negotiate a deal that worked for everyone. As for as I know the recall was fixed in a timely manner. We have purchased 2 new Escapes from them and have had great service. In fact we are getting ready to look again and before I go elsewhere, I will visit with them. Best dealership I have ever dealt with in our area.
