I have been going to this place for quite awhile an have to say that I personally happen to like this place and its employees. Sure everyone has bad days but I dont understand how because of 1 bad experience that ppl can get on here an start saying its such a bad place an the ppl are all bad. I have learned that all I need to do is ask for my 1 person I feel good about sticking me ( mercedes) an I do just fine. My second favorite person is cassie, and they both are very personable and friendly an very professional. I am a boob and have had nothing but good experiences there.

The "doctors" there are rude and they rush you as fast as possible, AFTER making you wait almost 2 hours. They stuck my boyfriend with a needle about a week ago and it went into his vein. It bruised his arm and the area around it swelled up for the rest of the week. We went just today and THREE DIFFERENT "DOCTORS" all messed with the same needle that hurt his arm. He refused to get his other arm stuck and they deferred him for 8 weeks. Screw you guys. Maybe go to med school before dealing with human beings. Thanks.

On Sat 27,2013 when I was there. I experienced lousy customer service. Andrew likes to Threaten, definition of character and slander customers. And also you get blamed for there machines malfunctioning up. And Corporate. wont do anything about ether..

Very friendly, able to answer all my questions. Plan on spending some time, it is not a quick process especially on your first visit. But the staff is very good at what they do and do their best to make your donation a positive experience.

The employees here are awful. They act like you are causing them such a disservice by giving them a reason to be there getting paid. I will not return as the place is filthy and that is not what I expect of a medical facility.

I have been to this donation center, csl on state street, and the one on N temple. In my opinion this one is the best. In june they had 0 re-sticks. That is amazing. I liked everything about this place the best.

I have been to a few plasma centers over the years but this one is my favorite. When your a donor it is important to make it a positive experience and this center and staff do an amazing job!

Everyone there is awesome!! All the staff there are very friendly and very good at their jobs. The management there is very good. I would highly recommend the Taylorsville Biomat to anyone.

For first time donors it takes forever, but the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Definitely a good place to go.
