When I went in there I usually go there just to buy baskets, I check of there is no tags on the baskets because when there is no tags its only 99 cents but if it has a tag it is like 1.99 so I found the baskets with no tags on them and I went to check out I told the lady that it has no tags so it should be 99 cents so then she told me she will get the manager. When the manager arrived I told him that it has no tags so its 99 cents, he looked at me and mean-mugged me and said in a rude voice 1.99, so then he just took the basket away and walked off, I asked him what was his name but he was walking away and he was saying I DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU! he yelled in the whole store I dont need to tell you, I have to say this is the worst management that a store can have, I wont recommend coming here at all, if there was a zero star rating I would put it as that.

This busy location was once a beautiful store...but NO MORE. It is now the most ghetto Goodwill Store in the metro area. The floor staff spend too much time visiting with their friends and playing on their mobile devices while merchandise covers the floor. The parking lot houses the homeless so it is also covered in their garbage. It appears that this store does not have anyone EVER pick up the trash. The health department should do a surprise inspection...it would probably be shut down.

This Goodwill used to be amazing. More recently it has become more disorganized and chaotic, not to mention slower lines. Watch out for people who hang out at tge back of the store on half price days hording carts of merchandise, they can be very territorial of new things being bought out.

Definitely not the largest Goodwill location. Limited selection all around but still rather full of stuff. Parking lot is super tiny and the place can get pretty busy so it can be tricky. Limited checkout counters can lead to some long lines. Donation drop-off is extremely convenient.

THE ONLY GOODWILLS I SHOP AT ARE THE ONES ON SO. BROADWAY JUST PAST 1ST AVE. AND ON LEECHDALE DR. PAST KINGSOOPER. BOTH LOCATIONS HAVE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PLUS THEY HAVE SENIOR DAYS AND HALF PRICES EVERY OTHER SATURDAY.

One of the more depressing Goodwill locations. To echo the other users, the vultures are indeed attacking the z racks as they bring them out, literally walking with them as the racks are brought out. Felt dirty as well.

After the remodel the crew really took to professionalism! I got results on price checks and returns in a very timely manner. Management are great and so are the staff. Great place for all ages adults and ethnicity!

There are a lot of gems to be found at this Goodwill. Great selections on clothing, books and houseware. My only qualm is that the parking lot sucks, especially on 50% off Saturdays.

Lot of upscale apartments and homes around this store. This store is clean, well organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. I have found some great items for eBay in this store.

This place seems to be full of junk. Where is all of the good stuff? I stop in whenever I drop my stuff off just to see if there is anything fun...there never is.

Fair price. Some are still over priced relative to surburb goodwill, but I am sure the rent or mortgage is probably higher relative to surburb located goodwill.

Small selection with too many customers, only found a few good grabs here, I expected better from a cherry creek location. Parking lot is a design disaster.
