i have been to other faclities... around the courty...this one scared me.. well never got to donate because of there stupidity. ... the blood draw hurt for days after.... my bf donated and said they are hacks... to bad all places are owned by Grifols so all are probably the same snail service. i did go thru whole 4 hr process to not have time to donate.. was told to come back within 7 days...hahaha. came back same day next week to donate and was told i had to start over... ummmm. 20 a week not worth it ....better chance winning on slot machine

Well I have enjoyed the donating process at this location. The only thing is the wait time can be a little long sometimes (the reason they dont accept new donars that late because it takes 3-5 hours). You get $40 for every time you donate and you can donate up to 2 time a week. Their is a number of rules so if you have a good number of tattoos or piercings it makes it harder.

When i first started I was there for almost four hours. The staff responded with a attitude and told me there was other centers I could go too instead of theres if the wait was too long. People need to have some more respect and understand thats there job not ours. No one is there wanting to spend a whole day just for a donation thats usually less than a hour.

I went twice then my husband went the third time. A gentleman came out and called me first and I was checked for vitals and was approved to donate that day. Then my husband was called in...They had him fully undress and look at his body. I was told to not return but he was always welcome to donate.

Staff was great to me! First time does take 3-4 hours to set up but second time was much faster in and out in an hour and a half. First 5 times you get $50 and if u refer anyone, on their second visit you get $75 referral ! Not a bad way to pick up a lil cash when low.

The staff was very friendly, the place is clean & it has good air condition. The applications were easy to fill out. The only thing was that it took a time, about 2-3 hours. But it was worth it your blood at the end is use to save someones life.

Staff always friendly. Never have to wait long. They have chairs to sit while you wait, in opposed to standing in long lines at other centers. Got a post card in the mail from them offering a bonus for my next donation.

Thomas has a problem smetimes,the staff need to better trained wasted 5 hours there and couldnt donate because of there mix up,its bad enough they get more money then we recieve. Its horrible!
