Each visit means downtime because items have been moved or no longer carried. It prolongs the shopping experience, but not necessarily in a good way. However, my experience was enhanced by talking with a representative from the Hearing Center. As she was going through the store inquiring about the quality of my hearing, she also helped me to find some of the items I was looking for, while explaining how the store had been rearranged.

It was a long drive from inglewood to rivergate just to go shopping at sams club, but now you have to drive almost 10 miles further to shop at sams club in Hendersonville. I think the sams club in rivergate was just fine and was doing good business, why would you want to try to improve on something that wasn’t broken.

I can NEVER get a hold of anyone in the tire dept. It rings and rings no matter what day or time you call. I called once and a girl said they are full so call back later and a few mins later I called and they were CLOSED!! Why would you tell me to call back later when you know they will be closed? Makes no sense.

I found it very hard to get some help renewing my membership, I went to costumer service and they told me to go ahead and do my shopping, and I could do it at the register. So I unloaded my cart, then was told that I had to go back and stand in line at costumer service again. NOT A happy camper.

Love the location. I would suggest they fix the club member pick up area. Customers use it for loading their groceries, not meant for that. Member pick up is for online orders purchased. Others use it for loading while it raining. Great idea but needs to be revamped for the right reasons.

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. 15 minutes in the line (6 people were waiting ahead of me) + 10 minutes to get serviced by someone who was incredibly slow. friendly, but S L O W. Its open shopping weekend this weekend, STAFF FOR IT. And train that staff please.

been shopping there for three years never had a problem except in the snack bar they need to get it together looks like thiere short on help the folks working their do their best but its aggravating when their is no pizza or condiments etc lately it has been better

Lines were long. Tried to pay with my Samsung Gear S3 watch using samsung pay and they said it was denied, so I paid with the actual card. Came home and the card had been double charged. Now I have to contest charges.

Some people like to complain! If the current location is a long drive for you then the old location was a long drive for someone else. Great location just off major hwy easy in and out.

Sams is always fun to go into. The hotdog combo is the best. A super long hotdog with a large drink for 1.50. You cannot beat that anywhere.
