The staff deffered me for having a 5.8 protein count. when the min is 6.0 not sure why they let me donate for that day then. On my next donation i get informed that im differed for 7 days.... When those 2 donations would have totaled 100+ to top it off corporate sends me a 15$ bonus on my next donation that expires 8/26. The management here is atrocious, Your treated like cattle. I only come here for convince, Had this place been farther from my house i would NEVER come here.

this is the third company I have donated with. The wait is typically over an hour to just start donating. They frequently change the order of check ins based on long term donors who the staff know on first name basis. Infrequent donors like myself who donate because my Father died from a terminal disease get left waiting. I agree they are very cavalier with personal information discussions. Accept for a fwe members of the staff who are VERY pleasant most are extremely rude.

I have been donatiing off and on, for close to 4 years at the Everett center and I have always received excellent service here. The staff is super friendly, very courteous and professional about their jobs. They seem to have good morale and enjoy working together here. I am sure things can get stressful at times, but these folks seem to keep it together, even during peak volume times. They are well trained and managed by supportive management staff.

The customer service here is very poor. I asked to get a copy of a lab report that was in my file. This is data I had a right to have. Not only did the supervisor here not want to give it to me, she basically was very rude and called me crazy? I talked to her supervisor who said this employee was not rude and that he would call the police if I did not leave. I did not receive the copies of my file I had requested.

My husband has been donating here for the past two years. He has his veins ruptured many times by employees that have no idea what they are doing. They have paid my husband less than what they told him he would get on many occasions. Very long wait times and they accept obvious drug addicts, and people that use needles.

I love this place and saving lives. Ive been reading the other comment people have left and it sounds like all personal problems. They have never done me wrong and i listen to what people tell me so i understand what to bring in when need be. Thanks grifals

Just giving it a two stars for cleanliness and privacy of donors compared to the Seattle location. Wait time for me takes 3 hours just to get called in, plus the hour that it takes to donate. They are so unorganized, I swear, they misplace files so easily.

This was an ok place to go. But after going for awhile realized they play favorites with donors. Additionally the staff does not follow procedures during screening process sometimes omitting steps. Try a different location if you are committed to donating.

Staff was rude and uninformed. They will shout your personal information across the room, finish personal conversations before pretending to see you, treat you rudely, and discriminate against those will mental health concerns.

First time going in, it took more than just a couple hrs.. Everyone there was pretty decent,nice,helpful.. I think all the phlembotamist there are great... BUT I DO HAVE MY FAVORITE! AND SHES GREAT...

What Chloe said is true that ONE chick is always super rude how do you even have a job that is also part of customer service and be...unprofessional but other than that the place is cool

Biomat is a great way to get some extra cash and help people. Make sure you go in with a referral, the second donation is 50 bucks extra! Tell them Elijah Whitehead sent you!
