Horrible Customer Service! Very uncomfortable atmosphere. No employee wants to assist or even pay attention to any customers. I know party is one of the few places to get what we need but this is ridiculous! Tired of always waiting in line! I have to give 1 star to review otherwise I would give 0 Stars! Please do something about this or this store will close eventually.

Watch out for invisible products on your receipts not to mention the great defective products that will NOT be exchanged or refunded even if they were only a dollar & we all know what comes with all of this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! GOD DO I MISS THE WISHING WELL!!!

Normally you can locate pretty much anything party related here. Unless you are looking for Chinese themed items, which they only carry around the Chinese New Year. Otherwise, the store was clean and organized. Staff were helpful as well.

Staff was polite but very very slow at the register. Two check out counters open with only 4 customers total. The staff kept talking to each other. Took them 30 minutes to finally ring me up. Not going back to this location.

The location is close to the busy Arden mall but for some reason this shopping center is pretty abandoned, though I came mid week. Selection was good but I think their Elk Grove boulevard location is better.

Walked in for a costume for halloween, only looked for a couple of min. Befor i was approached for help. Got what i needed right away in the size i needed and was able to check out quickly.

Organize when it came to costumes on the wall. Multiple people communicated with me to make sure if I needed help. First time in Party City and I wasnt disappointed, thank you!!

Nice place for party stuff. But if you looking for helium big ballons they are redicolusly expensive. But if you want same ballons but blow it yourself they are $2 lol

Awsome store was in 2 times in one day for ballons and the person I asked to inflate them full size for me did and she did a amazing job iam so thankful

Very helpful and fast when helping me inflate the balloon I was purchasing. Great coupon that prints out if you can remember to bring it with you.

Really bad customer service. 3 cashier serving only one customer. Other customers have to wait util they done. One and done. Im not come again.
