HORRIBLE SERVICE even for a thrift store. I was there when things were really slow and trying to get a dressing room. I pressed the button and waited, pressed, waited etc etc for quite a while. The girl at the register never even looked my direction and there was an older woman racking clothes 20 ft from me who also ignored me. A third girl finally came out of the office and I got my hopes up. She did something at the register then disappeared. I started pressing the help button more frequently and the girl at the register finally acknowledged me. She giggled telling me that "someone" would be with me soon and the whole store went back to ignoring me. Thanks for giggling and having a laugh at how incompetent your service is. To answer her question about how my day was, it WAS pretty good until I had to deal with this stores rudeness.

Willow One

Be very careful when buying from this store. They have sold both knock off Tory Burch, Hermes and Coach purses and earrings. When asked they said that this merchandise comes from Corporate Goodwill. Therefore, it was not donated directly to the store. Someone at Corporate was suppose to research the items and price them. They sell the items as if they were authentic and they are knock offs. Buyers should do a quick search on their phones before buying. Store managers, once notified should take the merchandise off the shelves or document and price the items accordingly.

This is a poorly run good will. The manager is rude and not especially helpful. They were extremely unsympathetic when estate items were accidentally donated, and offered no assistance in trying to locate the items. Their best answer was just to "keep checking back and hope you get it before someone else."

Attentive service and will come out to your car and help unload donated items. Poor street visibility if coming up Alpharetta st from Roswell square.

Great store, tons of furniture, nice linens, well lit. The down side is too many clothes, clothes not sized, and parking lot is too small.

So easy to donate here. Open until 9 daily and you drive up and they come out to your car and get the items.
