Clean and relatively new facility. Appointments highly recommended. First time donors can expect a long check in process ( best to call to make appointment and to get idea on the amount of time you will need to set aside for first visit). On subsequent visits, check in process takes about 15 minutes with appointment (without an appointment a much longer wait time is to be expected). After check in, donation process averages 45 minutes to over an hour ( varies from person to person ). Compensation varies depending what program you are on ( regular, IMZ, rh -, etc ) and what bonuses you are eligible for. A written compensation schedule is given to all new donors with details.

People are unprofessional and rude. Make sure you get in writing what they promise you. Wilkes barre has a donation center that pays better if your able go there instead.
