told us as long as we make it there by noon we could all get physicals and donate so we drive 30 miles there and was there at 10:45 to hear it to late come back tomorow, i wont be back it cost more in gas than what they pay in the first place, but i would recomend verifying info before going to the facality there lazy and dont want work rather stand around and turn people away, i will never go again

Most of the staff is extremely nice and professional. Occasionally the office is really backed up and the wait to donate is crazy but, most of the time you can be in and out in around an hour to an hour and a half.
