I purchased some expensive sunglasses at the store. They were not included in the bag. I called the store, the manger tracy said it was my fault for not double checking before leaving. the cashier said they were included, that was all tracy needed to hear to blow the whole matter off. Apparently, the cashier has more credibility then the customer. I thought she was very rude.

This place is huge! They have a wide selection of everything and it is a very clean store. The staff is wonderful and the other shoppers are very friendly! It really is the best thrift store in Daytona Beach!
