Your first visit is a little long, but they tell you that going in. The staff are great. One of the managers in particular, Adam Green, is just awesome. I have seen him several times out on the floor doing the sticks and making sure everyone is comfortable. He has a great personality and builds rapport quickly with the donors. The cash is good if you can stand needles, I just think of it as getting paid to read a book that I would read otherwise. I like the fact that we are helping others as well.

My wife sat there for an hour and a half trying find out if she was eligible. She had already done the physical but we never heard back. So months later she tried again. She sat with no communication until she found someone to ask for help. After an hour and a half she left in tears of frustration. Very poor service!

Staff is friendly and efficient! Plan to spend about an hour and 15 mins to donate. Great way to get cash! After six months, usually people have to stop donating for a month for health reasons.

My phlebotomist moved my needle during a return and caused a hematoma the size of a softball in my elbow. Was given an icepack and sent home without even paying me.

It is a good place to get a donation and there are little wait lines to deal with too. Just make sure you get your protein and drink water!!!

Great staff, free WiFi, and cash for blood plasma. Biolife often has promotional offerings and drawings. An extra $200-300 a month is nice.
