This is a very short story of what happened to my wife and i at your store at 789 N Central Dr Moses Lake, WA today,my wife found a small pair of sandals for our 18 month grandson for a 1.99 when we tried to check out the lady at the till said they were priced to low and that now they would cost 4.99 to which my wife refuse to pay and we walked out,We have shopped at Goodwill for over 30 years and have never had one complaint,till today

Prices are increasing, customer service is decreasing and the level of attention toward damaged or broken items isnt always great.

Lots of selection. Prices very from great deals to overpriced for used clothing. Staff are mostly nice but slow.
