Very unproffesional and rude staff. Specially with black and hispanic people.And I wonder why they say its quick when they take forever to call you. They are very racist and are always yelling at them. Sometimes they dont give you the right money. From the experiences I had. They needle sticked me like 4 unessesary times and left me with Bruises. Very dirty place smells like sh""@ and staff is dirty and with bad breath. I would highly suggest other place but Dci. Also crappy quality cotton balls ans equipment for christ sake this place should be closed forever. Racism and rude staff shouls not be tolerated. Going there is not even worth the gas and staff yelling at you and treating you like a criminal.

Ever time we ( my husband and i) go in its a problem and the workers cant seem to get the information correctly. The ones that wear the black are no help and always have an attitude. They need us ( donors) to run a successful business so u would think they do better to do whats needed on there end to keep the donors returning. The restrooms are nasty and never have soap to wash your hands.

My experience so far with this new owner has been very unfortunate and disappointing The staff is very rude, and the facility is dirty and the restrooms are gross....also the change in methods have really slowed the process down and causes a stressul atmosphere all around the change in management made everything worse not better.

Interesting that some say the employees are prejudiced since the majority of them ARE minorities. Great place to make some extra cash. Sure there are problems now and then, but they are very professional and do a GREAT job. I have been to plasma centers that are Much worse i.e. Bio lab.

This is a $hitty @$$ place to go donate, sometimes the staff lie about not being able to find your file so you cannot donate.. They are slow as £uck and sometimes £uck your arm up by sticking you with the needle wrong... If i could i would rate it a negative -5

Used to have good experiences there, but since the change in their system have been treated poorly for the most part. Would not help me with a lost card, even though their information says they will immediately replace a card. Will likely never go back.

VERY RUDE... Money and time wasters. They could not answer a simple question as to whether my health condition would disqualify me. I told them exactly what I have and they were rude snotty bitches. Do NOT GO THERE! Let them go out of business!

there is alot of lazy workers, the guys are usually horse playing is seems like a highs school in there ... it went from bad to worse... used to be about 40 Min to go to back now it takes about 2hrs to go to back and donate

Friendly, experienced staff. The owner is hands on and makes frequent visits checking things out. This is a pleasant experience I find rewarding in so many ways. Life saving plasma. Addison is my absolute favorite tech
